Large covered front porch leads up to the front door where you step into a colorful great room with open living room concept—has a gas fireplace—dining room with a table seating 6 and another 4 at the kitchen counter total of 10 seats for the family to have meals together.

The kitchen has granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and every convenience.
Down a short hall is a cozy room with a daybed—great for grandma or a late-arriving guest. A bathroom is also located on the first floor outside the daybed room.

Out the back door is a deck with a grill and dining table framed by dune grasses and trees for extra privacy.

Kastaways second level has a huge master suite, attached bath with king bed and sitting area that opens to a covered veranda overlooking Childers Lane—perfect for morning coffee.

In addition, two roomy queen bedrooms that share a bath are also on this floor (2nd).

4ft heated pool*, toddler pool*, basketball court*, tennis court, bocce ball court, shuffleboard*, Sandcastle playground, putting green, paddle boarding* and kayaking*, catch and release fishing. Parking Passes ($5 each) and Wristbands ($15 each) are required for all guests ages 4 and up mid-May through September.
