Bad hotel

The first room we were in stunk so bad like mold. I told them move me they charged me 40.00 upgrade. The rooms were filthy pool couldn’t be used it was so strong like chemicals and hot. Ice machines didn’t work. Hotel shows updated hotel pictures when they aren’t updated. I wanted a refund they told me no. I will never ever go to this hotel again. Cigarette burns in the bedding.

The hotel room was filthy & smelled horrible (like a combination of cigarette smoke & a wet dog). There was dust on all the furniture, the carpet wasn't vacuumed, and the bathroom was dirty. We didn't get clean towels and our key card stopped working on two separate occasions. This place was gross!

During my stay, several families asked to move from one room to another side of the hotel. My room mucus on the walls, coagulated urine on the bottom of the toilet, piles of dirt and tons of hairballs and spills all around the toilet, the second room was just nasty. A shame.

I was very disappointed with my stay. The hotel was in poor condition overall — dirty and outdated. The pool area was unkempt and didn’t feel clean or safe to use. The breakfast was barely edible, with cold, greasy food and very little variety. We left a day early. Definitely not worth the price, and I wouldn’t stay here again.
