YotelPad suggests an extended stay feel but I got a room with a futon style mattress that left me in pain after a few nights, plus a dysfunctional dishwasher that stunk of sewage. I stacked both mattresses to make a bearable bed, but found huge balls of hair under the mattress. Spent so much on a very basic hostle experience. The included breakfast required waiting for coffee to be portioned out servers who were angling hard for a gratuity for self service food. Supposed beach club didn’t exist. Kitchenette featured a worn out, unusable pan. Who is supposed to stay here more than a couple nights?

The room was clean and the size was fine. Good views, kitchen, small balcony and overall setup was good. I wish they had pool towels available all the time and not have to ask for them. And the loading/unloading on the street is not convenient, only one cart, no parking. But the location was good, rooms quiet (not the doors and neighbours though). Kitchen appliances are good to have but controls are a pain lol, really need a manual for them.

We arrived around 11am as we had just disembarked from a cruise. Our room was ready, however, they wanted $50 for an early check-in. That seemed a little pricey, so we stored our luggage and went to a nearby pub for a long lunch. When we returned, they had trouble finding our reservation, but figured it out quickly. There is no included breakfast, no area to pull into for our taxi and not much for restaurants in the area. There is one in the hotel, however, they were only serving breakfast until noon and we didn't want that. The suite was spacious and did have a washer/dryer, large fridge and stove, but no microwave, which I thought was strange. The bed was very uncomfortable and everything seem low. The bed, the couch, the counters and nightstands were below a height that seem comfortable. I loved the shower and we got a room on a high floor with a pretty nice view. It was an average experience and I don't think I'd stay there again as I had a much better experience at a different hotel for around the same price.

Very cool hotel with nice staff. Very close to Bayside. We love the free drinks that came with the cocktail hour as well as the food were very good. They also were so nice to hold our luggage when we return for the cruise will definitely recommend and stay there again.

Called regarding reservations prior to check in and was told property was cashless EXCEPT at their resturant. So we get the breakfast buffet only to find cold food , wabbly tables and terrible chairs for seating. When we go to pay there is an automatic 20% service charge [$28.00] tip which was no near 20% for someone who knows basic math. Let alone 20% for cold breakfast. They took off one of the child prices to offset it. Also said waffles pancakes but that wasnt available. Pool is amazing.
