PAID IN FULL PRIOR TO ARRIVING FOR 2 DOUBLE BEDS; NO DOUBLE BEDS AVAILABLE. GAVE US A BED WITH A SLEEPER SOFA. SLEEPER SOFA WAS FULL OF MOLD...AND THE ROOM SMELLED OF SMOKE. TRANSFERRED TO ANOTHER ROOM . NO ONE AVAILABLE TO CHECK OUT SO SLID DOOR KEYS UNDER OFFICE DOOR. NO LINENS WERE PROVIDED FOR THE SOFA SLEEPER; HAD TO GO BACK DOWN TO RETRIEVE IT AND OBTAIN A CAN OF AIR FRESHENER BUT COULDN'T SLEEP ON THE SOFA BED BECAUSE OF THE MOLD. WORST STAY EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!

In town overnight and choose this hotel based off reviews. They lied!!! Front desk staff was nice. Once I got to my room, I had to take a nap. Once ai woke up I noticed they don’t have quality beds. Looks like bed frames for a shelter. Then the bathroom…the toilet had poop on it and the floor was dirty. The cleaners were gone for the day and I had to clean it myself. Never again!!!

The floors were disgustingly sticky, and the elevator smelled terrible. I booked a month ahead for 4 people with 2 queens, but when we arrived, they sold our room and gave us a 1 queen and a horrible sofa bed. It was honestly terrifying. I will never stay here again. Awful management and the worst $200 I’ve ever spent.

The room wasn’t cleaned properly. There was a used feminine napkin behind the love seat next to the bed. Floor had dirt stains as if something spilled and wasn’t cleaned up.

There was a lady at the desk Mary Ann I think was your name. She was a very sweet young lady. Very helpful very friendly. I would regard her with the highest accolades. The biggest problem we had at this hotel is the cats. There are hundreds of cats running around outside of this place. As a result, my dog doesn’t do very well, and I don’t do very well with the cat lovers that want to protect cats at all cost even over people. I think that’s the only problem I had with this hotel. If they had a company come in and clean up all of the stray cats. I think this would be a worth five star review.

The room had a broken peeled chair. Which a ask the frontdesk if all the room i like that, her response yes. Broken blinds . E-bikes park in the hallway incredible. Location wise is good!
