The property is fine, but we received terrible service, especially from the Valet Dept. As soon as we arrived, valet attendant just starred at us, while we waited in our car for direction. We were confused & felt very unwelcome. Later, when asked for our car, valet parker couldn’t figure out emergency break & kept turning on & turning off car. When approached about it expressing concern, valet parker just laughed it off. Next day, the same thing happened & this time, car was brought to us with the emergency break still on, so one can imagine the loud squeaky noise the car was making. When we asked for a manager, we were told that there was no manager on duty. Mind you, this was at around 5:00 PM on a Monday at a 24/7 business. When my boyfriend called the assistant manager next day, she made him out to be a liar. Was so disappointed as the reason we stayed at this hotel was because it had the Hilton name, but the service here certainly did not live up to the Hilton name.
