Focus on simple details such as dusting the windows at the restaurant or cleaning the base board in the room or making sure customers don’t get a dirty towel. Attention to detail I would suggest. Overall, great experience! Would definitely recommend.

Did not have breakfast. This hotel is needing a facelift. Bed was horrible, shower tub is very hard to get into. Water was pouring out of the shower. Was not clean.

The stay was ok, the bed was probably the worst bed ive slept on in a long time, you feel the pressure from the springs Im not asking for temper-pedic but at least maybe some kind of pillow top, its ok for a night but i wouldn't recommend more than one night there.

The greeting at check in was not welcoming. We had to get the attention of the person behind the desk and they seemed annoyed we were checking in. We went to the restaurant, the bartender was not welcoming and a little condescending. I ordered an Aviation gin and tonic, he arrived with my drink an told me he gave me Tanqueray instead. The room is nice, but there is not a door to the bathroom, so if someone needed to use the toilet in the middle of the night, the light being turned on illuminated the whole room.

The room was old and tired but huge. There is zero decor on the walls, the bathroom has zero privacy so don’t book with your teenagers. The towels were threadbare and we had to call both days to get our room serviced. There is no hair dryer and only 1 towel each plus 1 hand towel. The room definitely needs an update and someone needs to investigate as to why it smells like cat urine.
Found this in our room on day 1 - it was still there when we check out this morning

Staff were not very friendly and usually not available or receptive from behind the checking desk. The porter who helped us with our luggage was very friendly and helpful and polite. Bed was hard and uncomfortable. We asked for more towels and never received. The bar on the 14 floor was good with a nice bartender. Building was very beautiful with nice art/pictures.
