The property is boutique chic. The Jr Suite I had was spacious and clean. I got an early check, which I was so grateful for as I was coming in from a cruise that morning. The porters were so warm, friendly, and helpful, they stood out and should be commended. I would return for a longer stay as I didn't get to utilize the amenities such as the rooftop pool and bar, and sauna

The room was clean and had a beautiful view, which we really enjoyed. Unfortunately, the bed was uncomfortable, and the front desk staff at check-in was not friendly or helpful. We were supposed to receive complimentary wine in the room, but it wasn’t there, and the response when I called to ask about it was dismissive. She also didn’t explain anything about the hotel. Aside from that and the nightly parking fee, everything else was good.

Yall need to a better ac system . Yall have lg ac systems and most apartments or hotels don’t even have that. So I assume it’s supposed to be better. It’s not the rooms stay extremely hot. And this is terrible considering it’s Florida. That’s the only complaint I have.
