This is the second time I’ve stayed at this hotel. Both times were for events at the Kaseya Center, and I did not want to drive home after. The value for what you get is good as far as the room is concerned. We booked a two bedroom suite. There were three bathrooms and a full kitchen. It was perfect for the size of our party. Only two points of feedback I would say is that the last time we stayed there was a complementary continental breakfast. It was small, but perfect. That is no longer included. In general the food options in the hotel are minimal and the restaurant downstairs is almost impossible to get into. The hotel is very digital, which is a plus, but sometimes there can be a long wait for the elevators and valet. That is something to remember when booking. There is a $49 resort fee for amenity, and it cost $90 per night to valet our vehicle. In general, I would recommend this hotel.

It’s only valet parking at the hotel and the price for valet doesn’t equal the service. You have to wait literally half hour for valet service to park or bring your vehicle to you. So if you’re in a rush it doesn’t make sense for you. Also the elevators take a long time to come.

Perfect spot

Beautiful hotel and very convenient to everything. Shopping and forgot items can be picked up within walking distance. Would definitely stay here again and would refer to anyone coming to stay in miami. Lots of places to eat all around hotel.

Great overall

Great boutique style hotel in a residential building. Rooms are Condo like and with great amenities, including snaks and bar drinks for a fee. My only problem was the shower floor being slippery and the walk in shower doors dont really hold in the water and the bathroom floor flooded with water from the shower. Thin walls also if you're a light sleeper. An upstairs chair was dragged around and could be heard through the concrete floor and woke us up at 3am several times. Lobby is a bit congested but wasnt an issue.
