Hotel is okay. Nothing special except the Gym. Gym was big with a lot of good equipment. Nothing open after 10pm for food, drinks or room service, not even for water or juice. But a 7-eleven two blocks down. Took over an hour the first night to get bedding for the pull-out couch. Would stay again for an overnight tri[ but not for a vacation stay.

The hotel was cool and very tech advanced. I had issues with the surprise parking fees. $75/ night. Otherwise you had to try and find a lot nearby to park you car. Additional, I had a hard time understanding the staff. Other than that I liked the hotel.

Exceptional hotel!

Exceptionally friendly, welcoming staff and beautiful, spacious apartment with excellent view of the bay. Lovely pool with great outdoor seating areas on the terrace and comprehensive gym. The location is very convenient to public transportation and bayfront attractions. Onsite restaurant is a bit pricey, tho the food is tasty, but there are also nice restaurants within walking distance. Also, loved the free access to the Savoy Hotel beach club with kounge chairs and umbrella on miami beach!!

This is not about the money, but what does upset me is the feeling of being misled and treated unfairly. 1. Check-in Disaster: My friend arrived at the hotel at 10:30 AM and was told check-in wouldn’t be available until around 4 PM. When I arrived later, the lobby was crowded with frustrated guests and minimal staff presence. Though we were given a key to use the hotel’s “complimentary” amenities, we weren’t actually assigned a room. We went for a walk instead of using the gym, only to return around 5 PM and find the room still unavailable. After more waiting, we finally checked in at 7 PM — nearly nine hours after my friend first arrived. No apology beyond a few polite words, no upgrades, no vouchers, and no compensation were offered. 2. Surprise Charges: We checked out on May 4. Today, May 7, I saw my credit card had been charged a $60 amenity fee per day. We reached out to the hotel to dispute the charge, since we were told by staff that the amenities were complimentary and were instructed to wait at the gym because our room wasn’t ready. The reply? It doesn’t matter who told you what — you pay the amenity fee regardless of whether you used the amenities or not. They also claimed it was in the confirmation letter. Here’s the issue: The confirmation letter was sent after we booked and paid the deposit. If you’re telling guests after the fact that there will be a mandatory $60 daily fee for amenities — that’s not “informing,” that’s borderline deceptive.
