When I use valet parking, I know that I have to tip. The biggest pet-peeve is to have someone hounding me for tips, same with the butler.Pay your employees better so they are not making your guests feel uncomfortable. Make sure that there are no disgusting stains on the coach and if so clean them or replace the couch. Also, your bathroom & kitchen are clean and also check your luggage rack, the one in the room was broken. I think you guys make more than enough money to curate the rooms if things are damaged and also to pay your employees better. See the pics of the disgusting stained sofa and the full of hair shower.
