The hotel is modern and clean, but a total party scene. It was incredibly busy and loud late into the night. We were on a high floor and heard motorcycles all night long.

We stayed at the Elser 5 nights, and thoroughly enjoyed it. The view from our room on the 43rd floor was awesome. The gym and pool were great. We are definitely planning on staying here when we visit Miami next year.

Good room, poor service

Room was nice and clean however I booked a king bed with sofa bed and noted the room was for 4 people, so the fact there was no linens for the sofa bed was not ideal. I called and waited over an hour just to have the front desk call back to ask if we gotten the linens yet- we did not. Waited another 30 minutes just for another call asking - at that point I said we are going out and that’s they can just leave them in room. Then at like 12:30AM- we get woken up by someone asking if we requested an extra bed which we did not. Overall likely would not stay here again.
