The hotel and rooms are excellent. Having an on site washer and dryer with our two kids was very convenient. The staff are all excellent. Our host David was very professional and promptly responded to and facilitated our requests. The one drawback of the suite is that it does not have daily housekeeping like the rest of the hotel. David however scheduled a “refresh” for us when we asked. We would definitely stay again.

We had such a memorable stay at SLS LUX Brickell! The location was unbeatable. Right in the heart of Brickell, walking distance to amazing restaurants, bars, and shops. The suite was modern, spacious, and beautifully designed, with all the luxury touches we were hoping for. The rooftop pool and cabanas gave us full Miami vibes, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Perfect for a girls’ trip, couples getaway, or anyone wanting a stylish home base in the city. Would absolutely stay here again! 10/10!!!

Beware of construction noises

Horrible experience. A lot of noises from a construction site across the street even at late hours. We could not get a good night of rest. The offer at sls in Hotels was made by a private company so we could not get a different room nor they gave us refund.

I liked this property because it’s spacious. The sofa bed is comfortable. The bathroom was clean, it has a washer and dryer. The kitchenette is very useful. The only thing is to tell the guest in advance you have to ask for the cleaning service because I thought it was like a regular hotel.

The room was spacious and chic. I went on a girls trip (4 of us) and there was plenty of room for us even with just one bathroom / it was large. Room was super cute. David was a great communicator through the whole process. My only complaint about the room is that several of the outlets didn’t work. Everything else was great.

It was an amazing stay with beautiful views and great vibes, I would stay here again. David was an amazing host and provided detailed communication. If there was one thing I could improve it would be more chairs by the pool, but that’s a minor fix. Other than that it was a good hotel and property.

David, the property manager was fantastic. He helped coordinate an early check in since I have 2 young children. Room was fantastic. Spacious, clean, and nicely designed. High ceilings, recess lighting. Nice bathroom. Pool area was luxurious with a cool DJ. Would definitely come back

Fantastic staff at the SLS and treated me like royalty the entire time. So many local restaurants to choose from and Brickel Mall was across the street. Perfectly located and great experience overall!

Our stay at the SLS LUX Brickell in Miami was absolutely perfect! The suite was incredibly spacious, clean, and stocked with all the essentials we needed for our week-long family vacation. It truly felt like a home away from home. A huge shoutout to our host, David, who went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. He helped me surprise my husband for his birthday by decorating the suite with beautiful balloons and arranging a lovely champagne setup—it was such a thoughtful and special touch. David was incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive, always checking in to ensure we had everything we needed.
