Property is very nice and clean. Staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious, clean. I really like the fact that there’s a restaurant and bar on site.

Beautiful and great sized rooms. We were able to drop off our luggage until check in. Upon check in we were given 2 bottles of water, a bag of chips and a pack of cookies, all complimentary. Staff were great. Breakfast was great and convenient. We used the airport shuttle which was excellent and free!

What I didn't like about the property is not updated everything in the room looked old fashion and the bathroom was so small that they had to have the sink outside the bathroom which is uncomfortable especially when your bunking with other people. Also, they don't know how to answer the phone when you calling the front desk from the room. I had to keep calling from my cell phone in order to get front desk and the lady at the front desk gave me attitude when I asked her why they don't answer the phone from the room and how I have to keep calling from my cell phone in order to get someone. Plus it was 3 of us in the room and they only supplied us with 2 towels and 2 wash cloths I had to go downstairs to ask for them because they wouldn't answer the phone.

One night stay before our cruise. The young lady that checked us in was wonderful! The room interior could use some work. The blankets had small stains on them and the room smelled damp. There were 1/2 random gnats flying around. Bathroom was so small you that you have to turn sideways to shut the door. Overall, decent place to stay for a night or two.

They did not respond to my message to them thru Expedia regarding my flight arrival. As a result, no airport shuttle picked us up. They should put down their limited airport shuttle schedule on their listing on Expedia or their website. We ended up getting an Uber. Also, there was no body wash or bar soap in the shower. There is a bar soap in the sink outside the bathroom. We also forgot our 2 chargers in the room. We called them and asked for their email address, so we sent an email regarding it. We didn't get any response. On the other hand, the chicken wings and the ribs in the bar were good. The nearest area for restaurants was about a 20 minute walk, per the hotel receptionist.
