I recently stayed at Spark by Hilton Miami Doral. I booked my room based on proximity to an event I was attending. If you are in the Doral area, look at alternative locations. Customer Service was non existent. The complimentary breakfast was also a major disappointment. For the cost of the room, you would think that there would be warm food, and a larger selection of juices etc...instead I had the choice of boiled eggs, cereal, etc and the hotel had a advertisement with a picture of a sausage, egg and cheese biscuit with the caption "Craving something different"?Breakfast sandwiches and more are available for purchase in our retail market." I would stay here again, even they gave me a free night's stay.

The property is fine. Be aware you can not store your luggage for more than just a few hours. So if you are planning to visit other city apart from miami you can’t not expect to store the luggage here. But the manager “politely “ point us to a a nearby storage or to the airport if we want to store our luggage I’m trying to change my upcoming stay in 3 days to other hotel

When we were checking in they were helping two Amazon Drivers with picking up packages. Not sure if this a Return drop off site for Amazon, but if it is I would expect the front desk have the Amazon people hold to the side while they assist people checking in. We paid to stay there and shouldn't have to wait on Amazon business.
