The room was in ok condition. Room was clean. Bathroom was equipped with all the essentials. But the room had no hot water, bathroom floor boards were loose, and bed was hard. Staff was kind and helpful. Check-in was quick and easy. Breakfast was terrible. Airport shuttle was convenient.

The staff were very pleasant to talk with. The area was isolated withoutany restaurants around. The room was smelling like mildew and the room and bathrooms were too small. The TV was old. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. I paid almost $249 for one night and the other hotel for the same price was much better such as the Embassy suites.

The staff was wonderful, and the room was clean, but there was a musty smell throughout the entire hotel. It could definitely use updating, but it worked for one night due to our flight being canceled.

Our room smelled like moldy towels, and so did the hallway. Since we were stranded for the night (canceled flights due to a blizzard), we just toughed it out. Their airport shuttle at 6 am was on time, so that was very convenient.

We were given a room on the first floor and it didn’t smell good, we could hardly breathe. Requested a new room and was given one on the third floor which was much better. Staff was courteous and accommodating. We stayed for two nights. Rooms were clean though. Stayed 2 nights.
