Not a single worker wants to help you and can’t understand you if you do not speak Spanish. The bathroom floor when we walked into our FIRST room was all sticky it literally took our shoes off and the windows were so dirty you can hardly see out of them, there is no microwave in the rooms like it advertises, the mini fridge is half the size of a normal mini fridge. The smell in the entire hotel is also HORRENDOUS, there is not a single spot in the hotel that doesn’t smell like mold and mildew. The area as well is not the best, there is nothing to walk to or do near this hotel besides walk to the beach and half the time it felt very unsafe to do so.

Overall, the property is nice. The beach and pool area are nice. The continental breakfast had some nice options and eggs and bacon for an extra charge. The rooms are a little dated but we weren't spending much time in there except to get ready and sleep. They can use some paint and some repairs in some areas. There are many restaurants and liquor stores within walking distance as well.

I stayed here for 7 nights and had an amazing time. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The bar was nice and decent prices for Miami, the restaurant was good, the pool was beautiful and clean, beach access was easy. Across the street from the hotel you have a wallgreens, pizzahut, nail salon, clothing store, a bar, within walking distance there were restaurants. Being able to walk to places was a big plus. I would definitely stay here again.

It was unexpectedly the most fantastic vacation. The SF is old but quaint and close to most. Very walkable and honestly a Lyft to either south beach or Wynwood was about $15. If you’re not open minded do not stay here. My fiance and I absolutely loved it! Staff was superb and property very clean. Def going back!
