They have a mandatory payment for a beach chair and umbrella that I will not be using. They did not have notifications in their advertising about the fact that they do not have parking. They directed me to other hotels to park and the other hotels were full. The instructed me to leave my car on the street and update every 2 hours so I do not get towed I asked for refund to go to a different hotel and they would not refund and had a poor attitude I did it finally find parking at an extra expense through one of the local hotels rooms were extremely dated

Sherry is priced right. Great ocean front beach area. Only complaint I have is that I did not have the option to be able to control the thermostat. Room was a bit humid. No bugs!!!! Cleaning crew did a great job. Ill be back to stay again as soon as possible.

Our stay at Miami was good at this property. Hotel has access to near by beach with beach-chairs in place. Breakfast options were limited but I am glad that they have breakfast which is included in the price. The property is old and supposed to have renovation. Good value for money to stay such close to beach. Few items that will need improvements. Door keys sometime lose access which is annoying but front desk give access quickly. There is no control of the room air conditioner as we were feeling really cold sometime but can’t control it. There is lack of hotel assigned parking and sometimes it is difficult to find parking close to the hotel.

I just spent 5 nights at the hotel and found it to be wonderful. I was nervous after reading some of the reviews. The location is Excellent for not having a car. You can walk to shopping, restaurants and drug stores. Also, check in was Seamless, we arrived before check in time and decided to ask if our room was ready and it was! The room was clean, newer and the a/c and ceiling fan kept us nice and cool. Actually my daughter requested an extra blanket! The pool was not heated and so getting in was hard to do! But refreshing non the less. The bar in the hotel had waiters to come out to take your order by the pool or beach. They always provided ice if we needed also to make our own drinks. The beach was clean, beautiful and the worker would set you up with a chair and umbrella.. On our last day the loungers on the beach were all being used. They offered us a simple chair which we declined. We went to the pool and found a lounger and just stayed their for the day. All In All it was a wonderful stay! I will definitely book again in the future!

We absolutely loved our stay. Everyone who worked at the hotel was very friendly and helpful. The only complaint I have is that we could hear everything our neighbors were doing / saying. The walls are thin. We got a room with an ocean view balcony and I highly highly recommend doing that. It was a highlight of the trip!

The rug in my room and the bathroom floor were dirty. No parking is a big issue for tourists like myself. Breakfast was not a lot of choices

Their customer service is the absolute worst. Never answer their phone, ignore, and blame you if there is an issue. I travel frequently and have never encountered a business like this. There are many other hotels I have stayed at around the area that you will have a better experience at.

Great location on the beach is, from my point of view, the only asset this hotel holds. Staff is poorly colaborative and kind. Facilities are old and lack of maintenance. Breakfast is basic. You can valet parking at nearby hotel for $30/day wich is convenient.

Stayed 1 night in an ocean view room. Room was spacious and bed was comfortable. The hotel is dated, smelled so bad of weed smoke in the hallways and room. It was on the cheaper side for the night, you get what you pay for.
