This little paradise on earth has all the toys to keep everyone entertained:

Watch a Netflix movie or music videos from the HEATED pool / jacuzzi, play a match of billiards or ping pong, enjoy a BBQ or the hookah while sitting around the fire pit— or work out in our fully equipped gym… There’s a LOT to do!

Centrally located in Miami Gardens, you’ll be just ∼20 minutes away from most places in Miami and Fort Lauderdale

You WILL ♥ your stay!

As a guest, you will be able to access every space and make use of all the appliances and amenities.

There is a completely independent, separate living unit (unit B) on the same lot that may be occupied by other guests. This unit is located to the right side of the house. Only the front driveway (two marked parking spots), all other spaces and amenities are for your exclusive use. Please do not access the other unit's area during your stay and do not block their parking space.

I won't be available in person, but my team and I will be available 24/7 to answer any questions, comments, or concerns that may arise during your reservation.

Zero worries about parking as there is plenty of it - and FREE!

Easy highway access to the Florida Turnpike from our Gardens Oasis will take anywhere within just a few minutes. Here are some of the points of interest:

19 minutes to the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino (Guitar Hotel)
22 minutes to Wynwood
22 minutes to Fort Lauderdale Hollywood International Airport
22 minutes to Miami International Airport
26 minutes to Hollywood Beach
28 minutes to South Beach
28 minutes to Bayside / Downtown Miami
30 minutes to Las Olas / Fort Lauderdale Beach
*No Parties or Events.
*All amenities, including pool, hot tub, exercise equipment, etc. are available for use at your own risk. Be careful when using them.
*Smoking is only allowed outdoors, use the ashtrays to dispose of the butts and ashes.
*During quiet hours, be mindful of the neighbors. You are responsible for any fines issued because of noise or other guest misbehavior (trash, parking, etc.)
*Only guests listed on the reservation are allowed in the property. Any additional guests or visitors should be approved beforehand.
*When parking, do not block traffic or park on neighbor’s property.
*Do not place drinks on the billiard table as they can easily spill and stain the cloth.
*We kindly request that all our guests refrain from using the jacuzzi or pool with sand on their skin. Please take a quick shower or rinse off any sand before getting in. This helps us maintain the system and avoid any potential damage.
*Supplies: At our property, we strive to provide a comfortable and welcoming stay. Upon arrival, you'll find a welcome kit with essential items like shampoo, soap, detergent, dish soap, toilet paper and paper towel. If these items run out during your stay, current guests are responsible for replenishing them for their use. Thank you for your cooperation in maintaining a relaxing and enjoyable environment.

The following services are additional and prepaid:

*Pool heater - 30$ per day
*Extra gas tank - 30$
*Baking & Grill: Using the BBQ or oven incurs in an additional $50 cleaning fee.
*Firewood 13$ per pack and each fire starter 2$.
*Hookah Service for $30, including: Protectors or mouthpieces/ Tips, Aluminum foil, Charcoal and Shisha/Essence box 100grs
*Additional visitors beyond the authorized guests will incur a $25 fee per visitor.
*We offer early check-in and late check-out services to accommodate your needs. These services incur a $50 flat fee.

This policy allows us to offer more competitive rates and ensures our guests only pay for what they consume or use.

The previous fees enable us to maintain quality standards and provide a relaxing, enjoyable experience.
