We had a very poor stay. The in-room Wi-Fi was unsecured, which made it impossible for us to work remotely, and there was excessive noise from neighboring rooms until after 3 am, so we couldn’t sleep properly.
Because of these issues, we left after one night and requested a refund for the remaining two nights. The front desk directed us to contact Expedia. Although the hotel manager verbally agreed to the refund, the hotel did not respond to Expedia’s follow-ups.
Expedia ultimately resolved the refund, but the overall experience with the property was extremely frustrating. Based on our stay, I would not recommend this hotel.
