There was a rude guest that put it in line in front of everyone because he felt entitled. But Richard at the front desk was more than accommodating when it became our turn. He apologized and offered us a free breakfast. Room was clean and dinner at the hotel restaurant and breakfast in the concierge level was amazing.

The support of the staff was lacking did not say they was taking money out of the $150 incidental fee when I receive my money back I only receive $113 and some change. I felt like they should’ve told me if they was taken something out of it because of amenities.

We stayed here before a cruise out of the Port of Miami. The room was clean and the perfect place to hang out for the day. It is in walking distance of a Publix to grab any last minute items and the restaurant on the property was yummy. You can see the ships at the port from the pool floor!

The hotel was understaff. The communication was non existent. Had to go down to desk to request pillows and the clerk actually requested ID. ID for pillows, not billing items to room. Best service was Gold Coast restaurant. Daniella and Gabriella went above and beyond. When POS system was down, they apologized, took my order and delivered themselves. They made the stay much better.

Clean room, friendly staff, outstanding breakfast, everyone was pleasant positive and helpful. And it was located close to a Publix grocery store, which was priceless.
