Polished porcelain floors throughout, and our amazing reflective stretch ceilings maximize light and create a sense of peace and calm that we think you will love. The bedroom features a king size bed with high-end cooling memory foam mattress. Have others in your group? We have your choice of 1 or 2 additional foldaway beds that can be set up in the bedroom or living room upon request prior to your stay. We supply quality bedding and pillows that guests often comment they really enjoy. The Bedroom SMART TV is Wi-Fi connected and ready to stream any of your services.

The living room features grand piano which adds a layer of sophistication and entertaining possibilities. A 65 inch Ultra HD TV with cable service is centered on the couch. It is also Wi-Fi connected and capable of streaming any of your services. A retro video game system is connected that has over 20,000 games! Kids, or kids at heart, will love playing all the old school classic games. The back of the living room opens to a walkout balcony with impressive views of the city skyline, ocean, and beach!

Off the living room, you will find a fully stocked "beach closet" with 4 beach chairs, beach umbrella, soccer balls, games, beach ball, backpack cooler, and guest safe.

Included fiber internet service means everyone can stream HD content, or conduct business without issue. We have a dedicated work space in the bedroom with power adjustable sit/stand desk. There is also a business center off the lobby with a printer.

Building amenities are exceptionally maintained. The large heated saltwater pool is the centerpiece of the outdoor common area. There are plenty of loungers and free use of cabanas. There are BBQs off the pool should you feel include to cook outdoors. A pool table, ping pong, and tennis court are available for you to use as well. A full gym is open everyday from 6am to 10 pm. This is a secured building with on site security staff too. There is a convivence store on the lower floor which stocks a surprisingly large amount of products for its size. It makes getting fun little things like an ice-cream, an adult beverage, groceries, or supplies super easy! There is a great little coffee shop that and carries fresh baked goods. You may never want to leave!

Packages from amazon and such can be delivered and held at the desk for you. There is a package fee for this service so please ask the desk if you wish to use this amenity.

Heritage park is right out front of our building. There is plenty of room for soccer, lots of climbing structures, and even a splash park! It is the nicest park in town and just an elevator trip away!
