Room #616 was not very clean. I walked in to find a cockroach on the desk, and the air conditioning wasn´t cooling. I was told no maintenance staff available, so late at night I had to pack up again and move rooms. The second room when I flushed the toilet, the bowl filled with black dirty water. Extremely unpleasant. I really had a bad nigth.

I would not stay at this hotel again. The breakfast options are extremely limited, with very little variation — nearly the same items are served every day. If you plan to stay more than two or three days, be prepared for a repetitive menu. The breakfast area is consistently overcrowded, with many guests waiting for a table, and I’ve noticed individuals occupying large tables alone while smaller tables remain unused. Additionally, there was an unpleasant odor in the hallways on several floors, and I observed roaches inside the ice machine, which is unacceptable. Overall, this experience was disappointing, and I would not book this hotel again.

The room had a musty smell. The TV screen was broken and they did nothing to fix it. Breakfast was ok, but the area to eat was very limited and full of people.
