Owner/manager was in constant contact. Security standards extremely high which is a positive, but a lot of effort for a quick stay. I would definitely return now for a longer visit that I know the process. Perfectly equidistant to Fll and Mia airports. Easy walking, and close to great shopping

All round excellent choice

I traveled from toronto to North Miami with 3 friends to watch NBA, NFL and NHL. This location was perfect for all venues and walking distance to the beach We slept comfortable Parking was super easy Leonid was on point immediately for any questions Staff very friendly Apartment was clean and spacious with lots of little extras (like chairs for the beech)Thoroughly recommend !
