House was all in all a good property for our group, however, there were a few things we thought worth mentioning in order to help others who wish to book in the future. The pictures online make the backyard appear much larger and much nicer than it is in reality- beware of wide lense and editing. It was decent- but far from what the photos portray. The bedroom listing on the app was also misleading. It states 2 king rooms, one room with 2 queens and a pull out, one room with a queen, and one room with a queen AND a double. We had booked and planned according to this layout. The “double” was a foldable hard foam like bed for a small child and it was in one of the king rooms, not a queen room. The kitchen was sparsely stocked with appropriate items for cooking…not adequate pans or utensils for a group wishing to cook often. Positives were that is was in a quiet neighborhood and the host was super quick with responses.

Our group had to go to a wedding, so we didn’t get to use the pool. But it was plenty big enough for our party. Everything was well stocked. Happy we chose this one. Also, the backyard had lots of activities for all ages.

I chose this property specifically because it was listed as event-friendly. I was upfront with the host that I planned to celebrate my 60th birthday with family, many of whom live in the area.The event began at 2:00 PM, and by 3:30 PM, the police arrived, citing the music as too loud. This was surprising given the early hour and the property’s representation as suitable for events. The day before the celebration, we were also awakened early by construction work next door, which continued throughout the day and was not disclosed in advance.The police later informed us that there is an anonymous caller who contacts them whenever more than four cars are parked in front of the house. Despite bringing the music indoors, the police returned two more times, followed by a call from the host, at which point we shut the event down entirely.I don’t fault the host for difficult neighbors, but I do feel the listing was misleading. I passed on several properties that clearly stated events were not allowed, relying on this listing’s description. Given the circumstances, this property is not realistically suitable for events, and I was very disappointed that my milestone celebration had to be cut short.The place was beautiful but not suitable for events. It is not event friendly.

The problems that we encountered during our stay SHOULD have been addressed and rectified long before our arrival for our family vacation. Our family should not have had to deal with any of the ongoing issues on our vacation. Everything from dealing with multiple repair people coming and going, to our having to run to stores multiple times to buy basic necessities that should have been provided with the home, to multiple appliances being broken, missing, or not functional. This list is beyond staggering and shocking! Here is just a few of the items we had to deal with:Smoke detector missing in ceiling by kitchen- only open wires hanging from ceilingNo carbon monoxide detectorNo Saran / plastic Wrap- we had to buyNo Aluminum foilNo Bath Towels No wash clothes in any of the bathroomsNo pool towelsOnly 3 clothes hangers for home that is supposed to sleep 15 guestsNo bed pillow for bedsNo pillow cases for bed pillowsNo metal Baking sheets for pizza/cookies-we had to buyKitchen sink has no water pressureNo Pot holders for removing hot pans from ovenNo kitchen towels for drying dishesNo hand soap at any of the sinks-we had to buyWe had to buy large pack of paper towel and toilet paper to accommodate our stayNo Steak Knifes for cutting our meat/food on plates for meals-had to use fingers list continues.....

The place is awesome for just hanging out with a group of friends and family. We celebrated my daughter’s 50th birthday with friends and family.One note I would say is if you plan to cook at home a lot, the kitchen could use a few more items, such as, cookie sheets, crock pot, steak knives. It’s a beautiful kitchen to work in but just a few small additional items would make it better.The bedrooms are roomy and beds were comfortable. The one bath between the two bedrooms needs some towel bars or hooks to hank towels after you shower and also a shelf in the shower to place shampoo and bath wash.Jorge was very good a communicating with us, he always responded very quickly.

Loved everything about the house. It was super clean and organized. Plenty of room. The yard is amazing. My only area of concern is when you have a home that sleeps 15 /- people that there's only one refrigerator. When you're buying groceries for that many people for a week, plus trying to have room for beverages it's impossible. I understand that most kitchens cannot fit to refrigerators. But there could be an outside refrigerator, there could at least be coolers for use to store extra food or beverages. Coolers would be a great addition to this vrbo. Keep two of them in the hallway closet for use for people. Other than that it was a wonderful stay. We made it work with the one refrigerator, obviously, coolers would just be a great addition!!!!Jorge was great to communicate with prior to stay.

We were 8 adults in town for a wedding at Thalatta Estates. Home was perfect. Only 5 minutes from the venue. Home offered everything we needed. The outside space was perfect for hanging out and relaxing. Jorge was extremely responsive and immediately responded with answers to our questions.

The perfect Miami stay

We were a large group in town for a sporting event. The house is newly renovated with a beautiful kitchen and great room. There are some bedrooms for quiet and luxury and others to pack your friends in. Pool, ping pong. basketball and hammocks make it a hard place to leave. Quiet residential neighborhood close to stores and interstate.

Great place for a family reunion.

Our family of 12 totally enjoyed our stay. The home was very clean. The beds were very comfortable and there was plenty ofroom. The highlight was the magical backyard. We all enjoyed the pool area, basketball court , putting green, ping pong and the little tropical beach area.The owner was very responsive when we had a plumping issue. Afew recommendations would be anote book with frequently asked questions about operations of things, places to eat, shop or explore. Great place for families

Great home in a convenient location.
