Clean room, most of staff was nice except one wasn't friendly. Also they admitted that they have not submitted an update to Expedia site that they do not have a shuttle to & from hotel. This was one of my main reasons for booking.

Cool, central location in South Beach. Nice convenient restaurant out front for a delicious breakfast before heading out to explore. The staff was courteous, the room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable.

The staff was very nice, the mattress was very comfortable. What needs improvement: no natural light at all, very limited lighting period, window very high can’t see anything. Air conditioning very loud; bathroom to small, no where to hang wet towels, lighting in bathroom is worse, could not do makeup at all, water splash all over sink area. Although the mattress was very comfortable personally I hate platform beds, I ran into the edge a couple of times.

For the price, it's solid. A little old and slightly banged up, but clean and well-kept. Room was nice and quiet despite being in the heart of a party. Sucks that there's no on-site parking but there's a very cheap garage two blocks away ($14 for overnight). Would stay again

Hated this establishment. It was out dated, dirty and just all around not a good vibe. They are making it so difficult to refund me after I did not even stay at their establishment. I checked in and checked right back out a few minutes later after viewing the dirty room. I do not recommend this place.

Hot water was an issue because “they only have 1 boiler” I heared coughs from another room during night BUT wasn’t anything too bothersome. The tv picture wasn’t sharp. The room with two beds are very small but made it work bc it was ONLY for not even 24hrs. Wasn’t filthy. Location is good for finding food or recreation. Would I go back if needed, yes.

We were able to check in early and get our luggage kept at the front desk before our room was ready. Great, courteous staff and smiling greetings from the Havana Vieja restaurant, which is the entrance to the hotel lobby, to the retro/deco bar and front desk. Room was clean and had comfortable beds... considering we had our adult boys with us sharing 2 double beds for an overnight stay. Beach towels were available and only 3 short blocks to ocean drive. We definitely recommend Hotel Chelsea!
