The staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my visit. The hotel rules were clear, check-in was smooth, and the food was good — no complaints there. The atmosphere made for a really nice, comfortable day. The only downside was the condition of the room. While it was functional, it could definitely use a deeper level of cleaning and some light maintenance. Wiping down dirt or marks on the walls, patching a few areas, or even applying a fresh coat of paint would go a long way in improving the overall feel of the room.

The staff were so accommodating and helpful the only downside was the hotel was not prepared for the cold weather, our room did not have any heat and from what I heard we weren’t the only ones. The staff provided extra blankets but they were limited. I would suggest in investing in some heaters.

We stayed here for only 1 night. The hotel itself is not bad with exception of shower head. It did NOT provide adequate strength of pressure of the water. It took me 40 minutes where it usually takes me 15. Also, I didn't realize at the time of booking of Where the hotel is located. I would not walk there, especially in evening.
