The property is not very clean. Compared to other locations in other cities/states this is the worst one I have stayed at. The room I was given initially was DIRTY. Hairs everywhere, grime all through the bathroom, toilet seat loose and the room smelled damp. I went to the desk and requested a new room. The 2nd room had a sweater from a previous guest shoved in the corner. Lets me know the rooms don’t get thoroughly cleaned. The outside of the property had a lot of cigarette butts laying around. The pool water was green. It just was not a clean place and we did not get to enjoy the property the 2 days we stayed before our cruise.

Hotel was dated and in need of some repairs. Only stayed one night so wasn’t a deal breaker. Strong perfume smell in room. Had to leave often to get fresh air. Waited over an hour at airport for shuttle. Shuttle to port was nice.

This was the worst Holiday Inn i have ever stayed at. I booked 2 rooms, they didnt have the type i booked available on the same floor so had to take a room that faced a wall to be on the same floor. That roon was in ok condition. The other room which faced the pool was horrible. There was no glass door on the shower. I called front desk and they said it was supposed to be like that, but my other room had the glass there, plus there was a spot for it to be placed. So water was everywhere. The floor was dirty. There was part of the bathroom door that was hanging out and my sister cut her arm on it. I have pictures to show. I was not told about each room having a $100 deposit so that was a huge suprise to me. Will not be back. Do not recommend.
