The staff was very friendly and the cleaning lady on the weekend was the most accommodating & sweet. Breakfast service very convenient and waitress' were very charismatic as well as the vallet parking staff. Very recommended.

Customer service above and beyond. We pulled up front and the two concierges had my luggage all on a cart and into the hotel before I even got out of the vehicle. They did this with smiles on their faces and assured us they would keep our luggage till our room was ready. They had our room ready by 10:30am. Amazing customer service. The only bad thing I could say about this hotel is the price of the breakfast. We we told it wasn’t included in our stay and it would be 30.99/person yet they told our other party it was 24.99/person. Not sure why it was a different price. Still way too expensive for my taste. The property was very nice.

I’ve been lucky enough to travel to many places around the world! And believe me, I’ve never been welcomed with such kindness, starting with the valet parking gentleman and especially Haydee. I truly believe that if everyone were like her, travel experiences would be so much warmer and better. 10/10! I’ll definitely be back—the hotel is very comfortable and right by the sea!
