Staff, location was stellar with the beach access. Nice location mid Miami Beach. Easy travel to local activities. Concierge service was excellent. I was able to park my luggage safely in the early am before check in. I was able to check in early which was very nice.

Need improvement on air conditioning. Room was hot! The attendant isn’t paying attention to guest when they have been checked in already for the beach chairs and umbrella. My son and I was checked in together but when I was leaving to go back to the room the attendant stopped me to ask if I wanted to rent the chair that I was using. Please note: my son wasn’t leaving he remained on the beach. I was the one being approached to pay. Also the attendant is closing the beach before 4pm while other hotels allow their guest to remain on the beach longer. Please extend the beach time!

I stay here every year because it’s the best of the still-affordable hotels on the boardwalk. The rooms are fine, the access to the beach at sunrise is easy, and in December, when I’m there, breakfast opens 10 minutes after my sunrise swim. The women who run breakfast, Keira among them, make you happy to meet the day.

Everything was great! We stayed one night before sailing on a cruise. Hotel staff allowed us to check in early to put our bags away and change so we could spend the afternoon exploring. Highly recommend!
