Everything was great. However, it was very difficult to understand the Desk clerk with her thick Latina accent when we called from the Miami airport to inquire about where to meet the hotel shuttle being unable to understand her caused us to wait two hours for the shuttle because we couldn’t understand where we were supposed to meet the Shuttle.

The breakfast tzar started shutting down well before the end of the breakfast time. There is an on demand auto pancake machine and it was the first thing shutdown a good 20 minutes before the end of breakfast. She also had the breakfast doors closed by 9:30 sharp. Don’t expect to find it open allowing for the remaining prepared food to be consumed by late comers.

We were warmly greeted and our room was prepared hours before the official time. The hotel and room were very new and clean. We loved the shower. Plenty of water and water pressure. We took the shuttle over and our driver expertly navigated the daily chaos of airport dropoff.

It’s the perfect place to stay if you are traveling either through the airport and/or going on a cruise. Ely at the front desk was great, very accommodating and good with the kids. Good variety at breakfast. Shuttle was free to the airport and runs every hour. Great bang for your buck without sacrificing quality
