The room was clean & the staff was nice. The only thing I didn’t like was when I asked housekeeping to clean my room they only cleaned the bathroom (trash & removed used towels). They didn’t make up the bed or take the trash out in the room.

No hot water in the room. When I was trying to report the issue to the staff after 11pm, there was no one at the front desk and no one answered my calls whatsoever. In the morning, the front desk tried to explain and said that I should have run the tap for extended time. I then told the staff that I actually had ran the tap for an hour but still got no hot water. Then she admitted that there was a hot water issue in the building and they are having someone fix it these days. The hotel doesn’t feel apologetic at all about it and still tried to play cute. The hotel knew this issue the entire time, but they still put up the room for $600+ per night for sale and never wanted to tell its customers about the hot water issue. The dishonest is so disrespectful, unacceptable and disgraceful. Shame on Hilton!
