Hotel itself was good. However there were issues with transportation from airport to hotel. We waited over 30 minutes after calling and were never picked up. Ended up paying for a uber as the hotel van was too full. Were told by staff after check in we didn’t have to reserve cruise port transportation, however this was incorrect. Ended up having to uber to the terminal as well.

Called property four times waited an hour for shuttle. Used verbiage of ‘zone 5’ shuttle pickup that was on the airport pillar AND in the email sent by Orbitz. Took me four calls for them to find me and then said we don’t use zones we use door numbers. When the airport and the Orbitz instructions use Zones…you should know to confirm both zone and door number when your customers call you. Very disappointing to wait an hour for a 3 minute shuttle ride to the hotel and then not to even be apologetic or understanding by the staff.

My room was not cleaned before or if it was you can tell staff used it to use the bathroom used bar soap was the evidence, which I tossed in the trash. I travel with cleaning products so I cleaned the bathroom myself. The staff were friendly and helpful when I needed assistance. Ivan the shuttle driver was obnoxious when asking for tips, when I arrived I was very tired and didn’t tip due to big bills, he talked about me to the 2 other guys that were in the shuttle. He thought I didn’t hear him. It’s ok God knows best and he gave me another driver for the rest of my stay and he got tipped every time.
