My friends and I stayed here for my bachelor party. The entire house was in excellent condition and was absolutely beautiful. We especially enjoyed the pool and the tiki hut lounge area. The pool was crystal clean and the temperature was perfect. The owners were very accommodating, responsive and made the check in process quick and easy. The house was spotless upon entering and had everything we needed for the weekend. I highly recommend this place if your vacationing in Miami.

Family Wedding Weekend

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay @ the Hamilton House. We had a wonderful time together & had so much space. The pool area was a HUGE hit! All of the amenities & activities were such a plus for us. Eddy was fantastic with communicating in a timely manner. When we return to Miami, we will look to see if any of his 4 properties are available.

Big group comfortable

Enjoyed our trip to south Florida. Eddie & Sharon were great about answering questions and helping us prepare. Instructions were easy to follow for arrival & departure. I was mistaken that the pool area was completely enclosed & house could use some minor updates/cleaning/creature comforts. Overall 4.5 stars!

Family Friendly

Our family of 12 stayed here and had an amazing time. The house and property are very clean and well kept. The host was very responsive and helpful. We had one miner plumbing issue the 1st day, contacted Eddy and he had someone out within the hour and had it fixed. No other issues the entire stay. We stayed a total of 7 days. Our family really enjoyed the heated pool and big backyard with lots to do. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone. Thank you Eddy and Sharon for being amazing hosts and having such a beautiful place for our family to stay.

Outstanding Property / Great Family Vacation

If you wonder if the property could possibly be as beautiful as the pictures, don’t. This is an amazing house/property that meets all expectations. There were 13 family members that came to Miami for my son’s wedding that stayed at the house and there was more than enough room for all of us. I can only say great things about house and the hosts. It made for a memorable family vacation/event. 5 Stars all around !!

Family reunion!

My extended family, or cousin crew, had been planning this group gathering for 10 years and it did not disappoint! There was enough room for everyone to spread out and enough large places to share dinner or games! We Truely enjoyed our stay!

Just what we hoped for

Hamilton house was beautiful. It was even more spacious than I thought it would be from the pictures. It was a little worried about the heated pool working because I’ve had issues with that at other places, but the host assured me that the heat would be on, and sure enough it was. The weather took a bit of a dip and so having it heated was pretty key. Everybody loved the pool and we were in it quite a bit, especially the kids. on the day that it rained, the spacious and comfortable couch area by the TV was well used by everyone. Plenty of bedrooms and areas to sit, eat, and chat. Thanks for the wonderful stay!

Great Property with Lots of FUN

We really enjoyed our stay at the Hamilton House! We had everything we needed including plenty of entertainment! The house is very accommodating for a large group with lots of room to spread out! My only suggestion would be that the pool area has more anti-slip mats because it is very slippery and the grandkids slipped and fell more than once. Overall a wonderful stay!

Great home with lots of amenities!

Home is in a nice and quiet neighborhood. Amenities were wonderful and we had a great time. Home is beautiful but needs some minor repairs to the exterior. Overall great offering for the price!

The house was big but looked like it had been neglected. The TV's in 2 rooms did not work. In the morning I went to cook and on the counter I noticed the avocado that we had just bought at the store and sitting on the counter had been partially eaten (I believe it was eaten by a rodent). We also had hotdog buns and hamburger buns partially eaten. I have pictures of both. The owner was informed and we left that day. The owners never responded to our allegations except to say they never had that problem and would look into it. Never heard from them again. Not impressed with this place or lack of communication with the owner at all.

Fabulous property

We had 11 adults and 2 children stay at this property. Everyone had a bed, privacy and with 4 bathrooms, served us well. The pool was a huge hit and used everyday. The home is in a lovely neighborhood and close to all of the adventures we had planned. Wonderful hosts!

FUN and RELAXING!

Our family had an amazing time at the Hamilton House! The space was perfect for our group of 11. The kids and adults we're extremely pleased with the space inside and out! The owners really are great with communication and have done a great job with making this property a great vacation spot!
