Staff was friendly from the minute we got there. Room was clean. We had a view of the buildings across the street. Stores inside the property were convenient as well. Will definitely be going back.

The first suite I had was horrible both beds were broken, the smell was just terrible, and the bathroom look like it needed major renovations. The cleanliness of the tub was disgusting. I switched to a different suite And it was a little better but the smell was still bad and they clearly had a bug problem cause they had these bug killers plugged in all the outlets. Light fixtures were falling down. I never stayed there had to book another hotel and I didn’t even get all my money back. Stay far away!

This place advertised a pool but the pool was completely green with caution tape around it the first few days. The rest of the days of my vacation the pool was empty filling up with chemicals. My host didn’t offer no alternatives or any kind of compensation. Also, I left the room very clean and organized before leaving but I ended up forgetting one draw full of brand new clothes. I reached out to see if they could send the clothes through the mail and no answer.

Room was a disaster.

When we got there, people at reception were very nice and everything. The room was the issue. It felt and looked dirty and smelled like old. The shower didn’t work and we couldn’t shower for the whole day. Maintenance got there the very next day in the morning though but he didn't fix it so we had to call him again and they had to replace the whole piece in the shower. Water doesn't get hot. It’s more like a warm-ish temperature. Pool was being cleaned once we got there so we got to experience it the last day we stayed there. It was okay but I wouldn’t recommend this hotel/apartment because of the money. I would never go back. Would rather spend it on a nice $250-300 a night instead of this almost $200 a night. We came to Miami to enjoy; not have problems.

Loved it once. But not again

We loved our stay here years ago. So we went again. The rooms need major deep cleaning. All wall plugs wouldn’t hold any of our plugs, made it hard to charge our phones. Stand up shower is hazardous for the way it’s built. Sheets felt like rocks. Pillows omg! There were soooo bad! 3 pillows and it was still flat.
