The name of this hotel doesn’t come up on uber so we went to the wrong garden hotel by Wyndham. This hotel has the Wyndham brand attached to it and usually that comes with a certain level of quality. This place does not. Very run down, tiny bathroom, shower door doesn’t really work. Overall a run down, boarding on seedy, establishment. As an added bonus, the hallway reeks of urine.

The staff was friendly and the rooms and other public gathering places were clean. There was no elevators and my room was on the second floor and I had two bags that were too heavy for me to carry up the stairs. However there was a security guard that helped me up the stairs and in the morning one of the staff members carried them down for me. The coffee machine eas broken so there was no coffee in the breakfast area.

Clean, older hotel with a nice garden patio. Staff got us in to our room before check in time after getting off cruise. Honduran restaurant right across the street was excellent. Request a ground floor room if you don't want to carry your luggage upstairs. Would stay here again in transit. Airport shuttle got us to the airport at 530 AM!

Clean and Quiet

The facility was clean and quiet for being so close to the airport. We had booked a 2 night stay. The second day, we returned to our room to find the sheets were stripped from our bed. Folded sheets were sitting on the bed. I have never had to make my own bed in a hotel. Blankets are only passed out by customer request. Staff accommodated our requests. The proximity to the cruise terminal made our trip go smoothly.

Not a great experience

I called the hotel for their shuttle from the airport. I wasted about 15 minutes trying to communicate with the clerk who had a very thick accent but let me know she had no reservation for me. I finally took a cab. At the hotel, the clerk had no problem finding my nonexistent reservation. The room was ok but the bed had no blankets, just a sheet.

It did not offer the airport shuttle service as advertised, they put a hold on my credit card of 75 usd which hasn't been released,and the breakfast was not good plus the hotel attendant do not even speak English its very poor customer service

The room itself was decent. The shower was so small you have to be pressed all the way to the back to feel the water. A detachable showerhead would be better or if the showerhead was able to be pointed down. I booked the hotel for it's close proximity to the airport and the shuttle. The walls are so thin the planes are very loud and you hear so much going on in the hotel. The shuttle was in accident the day before and we were booked to travel the next morning tp the airport. We were not informed until we came down to get on the shuttle. The staff were very nonchalant about the incident and just said to call an uber even to the elderly couple. They should have advised us the day before and arranged for our transportation. We ended up leaving much later than planned to go to the airport.
