The room was as clean as it could be, the bed was very comfortable. Is you get it at a good price it’s good, this time I had to pay a lot more than my first stay (Saturday night?) so not good value. Breakfast room is small but some people went to the courtyard so it was manageable

You CANNOT believe the 5 star ratings! Kudos to the photographer for this hotel. Unfortunately, at this time of the year, all hotels were $350+ / nt. Driving up to the hotel, we knew were in for trouble. Outside resembles a 2 story fleabag. Once inside, the atrium was nice, the staff cordial. Afyer checking in at walking down the unvacuumed, filthy hallway with no matching doors upon opening the door to our room, we immediately knew, nope. Stains on things meant to sit on, s bottle of water already opened with several ounces missing. Someone else described the rooms as a rent by the hour type. Great description. We immediately turned around and left. Did not even bother bringing our luggage in. We drive home 134 miles. No way were we laying our heads down in that place after a long day. Expedia, do better at reviewing your member hotels.

The front counter people acted like they could care less about us checking in. The room had candy on the floor when we opened the door. They came and picked up the pieces of candy and left. It is an old hotel with small rooms in need of renovation. The breakfast was very limited and mediocre. I would never recommend this place to anyone!!

No elevator, so if you have mobility issues or heavy luggage don’t stay here unless guaranteed a first floor. Pictures are very old. No pool. The rooms were falling apart…there was a hole in the wall to the outside, the inside wall was cracking, and if next to the atrium you will hear full conversations at all hours of the night and smell the pot being smoked. Staff was nice, breakfast was fine, but overall wouldn’t stay here again unless it was the only last minute option.

The staff was courteous but the lady servicing the breakfast had to be told to refill for the guests. The rooms were older than I thought they would be but everything worked. When we called for the airport shuttle they did not tell us it would be a La Quinta bus so we almost missed out on the ride since we were looking for another name.

Not going to lie, it was a shitshow when we arrived, no rooms ready and there were already people waiting in front of us, said they had been waiting HOURS for a room. The employee at the front desk said we could get a shuttle to the port but then seemed confused with all follow-up questions such as arrival times and length of time as well as cost.

No elevators to the 2nd floor. You need to carry your luggage all the way thru narrow stairs. Very dirty carpets. The bathrooms are so small and the in the shower hardly any water pressure.
