I hosted my birthday celebration at this property and unfortunately the experience was very disappointing due to the owner’s behavior during the event.Before booking, I clearly communicated that this would be a birthday celebration with about 25 guests from 6:00 PM to 12:00 AM. I made every effort to respect the house rules. When I was informed that some cars were not parked correctly, I immediately went outside and addressed the situation.However, shortly after the celebration started, I began receiving constant phone calls from the owner — more than 20 calls — which created unnecessary stress during the event.Around 10:00 PM, during the final entertainment portion of the party, the owner again began calling in an agitated manner after seeing people arriving on the cameras. She then came to the property and spoke rudely to several of my guests and family members, even mentioning that the police might be called.This created a very uncomfortable and intimidating situation. Several guests felt uneasy and left early, which forced the celebration to end earlier than planned and part of the food and entertainment was wasted.I understand that properties have rules, but there is a respectful and professional way to communicate with clients. Unfortunately, the way this situation was handled disrupted what was meant to be a very special celebration, and based on this experience I would not recommend this venue for private events.

There are a lot of rules doors you can and can’t open it’s everywhere you turn don’t open this don’t use the front door don’t open a back door the dishwasher is horrible we washed cups by hand too much plastic cups very few glasses . Had to pay for a stain on a towel that I had no idea about no picture just charged my account caution also neighbor dog cried all day floor were very dirty feet were black on the bottom if walking barefoot. Recommend a steam cleaner

Great Family Gathering Place

Beautiful property. Decor was elegant and the kitchen was gorgeous. Backyard was exceptional. Plenty of pillows, blankets, towels etc…. For our party of 14. We had an awesome graduation hibachi night, family BBQ and Mothers Day Brunch all in one weekend at one beautiful place. Thank you Ryan and Jess for your great communication!

Very comfortable stay, I only could say parking spot very limited, only 3 cars and the Neighborhood that’s the only nice house around, even in google maps the live location since it’s not updated shows the old house and surrounding. Once inside it super nice.

We would definitely book here again!

We were wowed by the open floor plan and the stunning out doors immediately. This is an ideal 4 to 5 bedroom home for a Miami getaway with large family or group of friends. The property itself is beautiful, has a very open feel and the decor is lavish. 3 bedrooms were on the main level including a king bed room with an in-suite bathroom. The other two bedrooms share a bathroom. There is also a powder room by the main entrance. The upstairs bedroom/study area had its own full bathroom and access to an upper level deck from which we got to enjoy a colorful Miami sunrise. The fifth bedroom was a detached suite with its own bathroom separate from the main house. I would recommend contacting the owner when you’re booking if you needed it, as it came with its own separate terms and costs. The marble countertop kitchen is clean, modern and very open. It has two separate sinks, and an induction stove which admittedly had a bit of a learning curve but management excelled in helping us figuring it out :) Several exits from the home lead to an outdoors area that was quite simply amazing with a pool, a garden, its own refrigerator and several covered areas to relax, dine and entertain. It was large enough to host our oversized family comfortably and keep everyone especially our kids fully occupied without feeling the need to ever leave the house. The surrounding community feels very safe, easily accessible and is within 5 minutes of some of Little Havana’s finest restaurants and and a Publix supermarket. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this specific location and team. We were in town for a family emergency which meant spending a lot of time at Jackson Memorial and the house was an ideal 15 minute drive away. This management team is extremely responsive and assisted us with all our queries in an efficient and timely manner. Thanks again to Brian and his team for making what could have been a very stressful time so comfortable.
