We were woking up in the middle of the night 2 am by the fire alarm. That is not the reason for the low rating. But at no point were we informed about the event afterwards. It was not addressed properly by the hotel. No mention of anything at check out. No mail about anything, no sorry about pulling you out of bed in a terrible way at 2 am. Luckily there was a no fire but the least the hotels could have done was to address it somehow or apologize for mistake.

Of all the hotels we’ve stayed in over a period of 40 years, we have never seen a toilet seat installed off centre to the right. Very unprofessional. And no, it didn’t just slide that way. It was solidly set in place. Never saw the famous chocolate chip cookie. The staff were very friendly. The room was clean. The breakfast was okay.
