Before I checked in, I had selected a late check it was listed as $20 until 1 o’clock when I went to check in the girl told me that the system was wrong and that they cannot honor the $20 that it’s actually more money than that therefore proceeded to tell me that it was $50 until 3 o’clock. I therefore agreed because she wouldn’t budge an honor the $20 that we originally agreed on through the app. She said that it wasn’t working. She said she would notate it and it would be done and our checkout would be at 3 o’clock, I was on a staycation for my anniversary the next morning. I proceeded to get Knox at 9 o’clock 10 o’clock and therefore by 12 o’clock we were done we got a third knock and we were out. I turned the key and I made sure that they credited me for the $50 and for the $75. I was very discouraged and my husband was very pissed off. We were really just trying to enjoy our time away and got interrupted about three or four times especially when someone tried to open the door. There needs to be better communication between the check-in in the afternoon in the morning.
