Everything was horrendous, i have to be 100 percent honest. This has been by far the most dirty and ghetto hotel I've ever booked. The floors have never been moped, and the staff was hesitant to refund my money back l! Over all never i mean never go here.

Floor in the room was not clean. I got out of the shower and walk out to the main room with out shoes sat down to put my socks on my feet were dirty. Also the room smelled musty when you walked in The front desk person could be nicer when asked a question was very short.

Extremely poor customer service!!!! Initially, the keys Joyce (front desk rep.) issued did not work because she failed to register me in the correct room. Later discovered that that the television wasn’t working either & the telephone, iron & ironing board were all missing. Visited the front desk again to request to have the missing items & the TV repaired. David (front desk rep.) confirmed that I was placed in the wrong room and informed me that no one was available to repair the tv until the next day. He refused to move me to another room although several rooms were available. He indicated that I had occupied the room for 30 minutes and therefore, I couldn’t be relocated.
Tv did not work… cable not connected.

The Hotel hallways were very dirty ,also the room that was assigned to us was super old and the refrigerator was all banged up, it was Thanksgiving day it was a very bad experience, we would never stay there again.

We had got a room with water leaks , mold in the air-condition . Dog poop on the walk ways trash everywhere around the trash can. Construction in alot of the room . Loud noisy even after 5 o'clock pm .

You have to keep asking for towel and all they say is they dont have any all the time of give you stained one or rip ones. Sometimes they dont even give you a floor towel. Parking horrible have all these containers blocking the parking lot.

The staff at the front desk during the evening were extremely rude and unhelpful. When we reached out regarding stains on sheets and not feeling comfortable in the rooms cleanliness they did not try to assist with another room. Instead changed the sheet and then proceeded to not clean the room at all during the stay. We had to ask for new towels multiple times and after being told they would be brought in, we still had to go to the front desk in the evening because no one came. The first night that we requested them, they basically told us “nothing we can do”. We borrowed towels from the other room in order to take a shower. When we requested to speak to the manager, they simply said the manager would not be in. No attempt was made to resolve any of these issues. Although it says no pets., there were dogs in the room next-door. Overall, this was a terrible experience. Days inn tends to be a decent place to stay however, this particular location was a complete and utter disaster
