Sink backed up and latch on door was finicky to open. Had to use card key every time to close. Toilet also got clogged so had to call maintenance. Just a nightmare. Also not an ideal location with planes flying nearby.

Checked in Late at 1220am as delayed flight , staff at desk was rude,or he was not bothered-No hospitality element. Asked if water would be at room he said there would be , lift not working . there was no water in the room . i would never stay at this hotel ever.

I felt thus was run down and not as good as the on in St Louis,MO. Not kept up very well rust in the shower. Didn't have but 1 decaf coffee for me in my room. Not worth what I paid

Staff was lacking. I couldn’t find anyone to answer my questions come check out. They charge for parking and then they don’t tow when someone parks between two handicap vehicles so you can’t get in to your car. Completely frustrating. I won’t stay there again.
