Despite the EXTREMLY small rooms this hotel was great. The staff made up for the size of the rooms. It is conveniently located next to a Trader Joes, several restaurants, 20min a walk to the beach and a shopping center across the street. At night there is a security guard at the door. I appreciated this feature as well as the rooftop pool.

Great new hotel just a few blocks from the beach and very walkable. Staff was friendly and helpful at checkin, great vibe throughout. The rooms are small as expected and very functional. Will definitely stay here again next time we’re in Miami

I love the fact that our room was really clean and it smelled very nice. Although the room was smaller than we were used to, it was still pretty nice. I like that the rooms are smart: all lighting, blinds/curtains and TV can be controlled from the app on your phone or from the iPad mini in the room. The bed was very comfortable and since we were stuck in the room almost our entire stay we were comfortable and slept well. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to Miami.

Cool concept high tech tiny rooms. Like a cute little RV. Tech marginally functional. Room missing curtain divider and temp control very poor. Very noisy fan always on. Multiple little lights from tech like smoke alarm tv outlets will not turn off so even with blackout curtains there are many bright led lights that will not turn off. Housekeeping unreliable.
