The central location in South Beach is definitely a big win—it makes everything so much easier when you're right in the heart of all the action. It’s great that the modern vibe and awesome staff make the stay enjoyable, and the breakfast being good is always a nice bonus. I can see how the lack of a gym could be a downside, especially if you like to stay active during your trips. For a 2-3 day stay, though, it sounds like it’s not a dealbreaker, but it’s something they could definitely consider adding for guests who want to work out.

I appreciate the courteous service provided by the staff, especially during the evening shift. However, several aspects of the hotel did not meet standard expectations. Both the breakfast offerings and the room conditions fell short, and the repeated concerns I had to manage made the stay feel more like a responsibility than a relaxing vacation.

What really hurt the rating of this particular hotel is the fact that for a small room there is way too much dust. The cleaning staff didn’t vacuum or dust around and wipe anything. I really don’t know what they came in my room to clean to be honest with you. I was there for 12 days and only had my room cleaned twice when it was scheduled to clean multiple times.

Construction going on downstairs was annoying throughout our stay, but that was separate from the hotel. Otherwise, hotel was comfortable, clean, and convenient with high-tech systems as well as close location to everything. Would definitely stay here again once the restaurant they’re building downstairs is finished.
