Probably.my worst hotel stay ever in the US. Not only terrible essiuss but poor communications then broken promises when asking for even basic concessions: *Our original room has a non functioning toilet. The water ran constantly but the toilet would not flush. We contacted the hotel desk to send maintenance. They said they fixed it but they did not. *They have a policy of opting everyone out of room cleaning unless you opt in on an IPad. They don't tell you this when checking in nor or are there any signs in the room of this policy. * We tried calling down to front desk for room cleaning. They said it would happen but it did not after asking several times. * After switching rooms due to non functioning toilet, there was no hot or even warm water in the new shower. * After complaining about these issues in the first room we were offered a small % discount off the first night. On checkout we were told by a manager that they approved an additional refund but that I would have to reach out to the booking web site to process. I just got an email that the hotel did not approve the additional refund the manager promised. * Did I mention the rooms are absurdly small??

I stayed here for three nights—great location, very close to shopping stores and restaurants. The bartenders are great, and the staff is awesome. Breakfast is amazing, but you do have to pay for it separately. That being said, they could have been a little more responsive when answering the phone. Overall, I’d rate my stay an 8/10.
