The shuttle that was supposed to be available from the airport to the hotel was confusing to use and after waiting for almost an hour, I decided to take an Uber to the hotel.

We loved the proximity to the airport and was pleasantly surprised with the indoor and outdoor appearance and security of the premises. Our stay was very short but whenever in Miami again for business we’d love to stay at this property.

Booked for 2 night stay before a cruise. All the staff were amazing!!. Like others mentioned the room smelt really old & damp, i had to buy Febreeze and continually spray it, due to this I would not be able to stay here again, as the smell was so bad. The room however was clean & huge, a/c worked really well. So if only the bad smell could be removed, this would be a great option. They offer free coffee in the lobby too. Also offer shuttle to cruise port, costs $12 per person & drivers were fab. Ice cold soda machines on each floor too which was handy. Fridge in room was iced up, so not working as well as it should

The facility is nice and clean; however, there was an almost 2 hour wait at the airport for the shuttle. They did compensate with a free breakfast. Also, the bathtub had no non-slip material on the bottom and the tile on the bathroom floor was very slick when wet, very dangerous. We did not use the bathtub after one in our party fell. Convenient location and nice people.

Received an email stating pickup at airport until 1030. Arrive at 945. Called hotel to arrange the pick up. Went to the departure door 5 as instructed and no shuttle showed up. Called back at 1015 and told that the driver finished his run and was not coming back. Tried for 30 minutes to get a taxi to get to hotel since the room was already paid for. No apologies no nothing for the inconvenience of not having the shuttle stop for us with added an extra 30$ for the taxi. I have never been treated so poorly as last night and I have traveled the world. Your staff really needs to be reevaluated for the position of customer service since they do not know how to their job

The hotel was modern and clean. They are in the process of replacing carpet but the old one is better than most hotels I stay at. They have a small restaurant in the lobby. No free breakfast but reasonable prices for breakfast and dinner.

Friendly staff, Lourdes, Tamara, and Sergio were great. I loved the shuttle service to and from the airport and port of Miami. But this facility should have a service elevator for staff. One of the 2 elevators broke down and at was a 5-10 minute wait to go up and down due to maintenance and housekeeping using the elevator
