No Bartender on staff, apparently the owner of the hotel is the only bartender and seems to have limited hours at this hotel. Bar had gnats because things were sticky and a bit dirty. Staff could have been cleaning but hung around on their cell phones. The food was marginal and when the cook got an order she had a hard time understanding the details. Lobby could have been cleaner and the bugs flying in lobby, maybe could use a bug zapper.

BW+ renovation is great!

This property is fresh, clean, redesigned and great value. Loved the large safe, microwave & refrigerator in room. Comfortable bed, good desk space, large TV, Well appointed bathroom. This really is an uplifting. I'll be back! And the dinner poke bowl was tasty!

Room was fine. Too expensive for the neighborhood, which is barely in Coral Gables. The check-in and lobby was a nightmare. Crowded. Loud. Not enough desk people. Do better. Staff better. Find a place for all that luggage and all those people just hanging around creating chaos. Won't be back.
