Rooms and hotel were ok. The only gripe I had was the cruise port shuttle service that was a third party service. Shuttle was an hour and a half behind schedule and never showed up for pickup. Paid for round trip and had to take a taxi to the airport and get a refund. Had to argue with shuttle service for a while and then finally getting a refund.

We got in late and could not locate the shuttle. I did call but the directions were not helpful. However, the staff was very friendly and extremely accommodating. We had a comfortable night's stay and then were off to our cruise. I would recommend this hotel.
