They will double your cost, $350 per room deposits

We went there for my birthday. We thought we could get away for the weekend at a good price. hotels.com kept saying this is what you pay with the little quote above the price. So when I got the total I thought, per Hotels.com, that was going to be it, aside from maybe a 50-100 incidental fee once we got to our rooms. Absolutely, not the case. Total was 890 something.. after the initial deposit Arlo took of 200 per room, they then took 150 per room for incidentals!!!! So my total nearly doubled 1500+!! I was so angry, this was my spending money. So messed up. Worst trip ever!!! Arlo is a price gouging sham. Hotels.com nothing short in this case. Oh maybe in the fine print somewhere…. Lmao Just don’t be fooled by these guys. Be prepared to get charged for everything and then some with Arlo. I still don’t have my money back. Some birthday! My 50th. It was a joke. Spent most the time in the hotel with nothing to do. Awful, just awful. The neighborhood is trash on top of it! Omg…

Wonderful stay.

We had a wonderful experience. The staff starting with Oscar at the front desk and both our waitresses were very friendly and professional. The dining area is lovely and the pool was great. Nice view of the city at night. Fitness room was clean and had a variety of equipment along with weights. Overall great experience.

The hotel was really nice top tier service! As far as transparency not so much just wish they answered questions about hidden fees booking through travel agency apps and valet, other than that it was excellent.

The hotel & room were fine. I didn’t appreciate the $15 food coupon that was not available for breakfast. We were told that it was only available for lunch. Check in is at 3:00, much too late for lunch. So the food coupon is a scam.

Hands down the best service I have received at a hotel even from larger brands. Daniela and the rest of the front desk staff provided very effective communication before I even checked in and were so accommodating to all of my needs. The restaurant staff was also very efficient and welcoming.

Something I didn’t like was the blinds for the balcony. I wish I could keep the screen up during the day without having to worry about anyone peeping into my room. The balcony windows definitely needs different kind of blinds. Anyways, the rest of the property, amenities and hospitality was INCREDIBLE! I loved my stay here and will be staying again!

I had such an amazing stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, professional, and genuinely helpful. The check-in process was quick and smooth, and I immediately felt at ease. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud, and I really appreciated the thoughtful touches — from the fluffy towels to the complimentary toiletries and fast Wi-Fi. Housekeeping did a wonderful job each day.
