Our stay at the Arlo was excellent! The staff was very kind and extremely helpful. The only reason thing that felt could use improvement was the housekeeping. I felt like our room was never really cleaned. Otherwise great location and friendly staff.

The hotel’s interior design is beautiful but the hotel is surrounded by clubs and at night it’s incredibly loud and hard to sleep. We asked if we could move rooms or get a replacement of the sound machine (hotel places one in each room) and was told by the evening staff member that he couldn’t move our room, didn’t have a replacement machine and to put our ear plugs in and deal with the noise until the clubs close at 3am. There was empathy or solution offered. We ended our reservation early and filed a complaint with management. Andre, the lead manager did contact me after we left and was very kind. He offered his apologies and said they would talk with the staff member. While I appreciate the apology, the quality of service and the treatment is enough for me not to return in the future.

The room for 2 people had very limited space, smaller than I expected. Because of the size Definitely not worth the price. I was surprised we had to pay the extra fees for pool/towels etc I did discuss w the front desk about this beacuse we arrived at 10pm and were leaving early morning he was not going to change his mind, what a waste of money. He gave us a couple bottles of nice Warm water though. Also check in was ridiculous! They had our reservation confirmation but before they even looked at it we had to Try and add all our information Again into this ipad. Ridiculous because we are from Canada and the system didnt except a postal code, only a u.s zip code. In the end they had to confirm anyway. Terrible when we have been traveling all day and just wanted to go to bed.Yup...this hotel is going backwards as far as technology goes. I bet the Best Western down the street has their systems ready to welcome Canadians !!

The hotel itself is great for the most part. Very clean, staff is wonderful, pool is great. However, if you are staying longer than a few days just prepare yourself. There is absolutely no storage or space to put any of your stuff. If you are a light sleeper. Don’t expect to sleep through the night. The walls are so thin to the outside you can literally hear everything. Cars are insanely loud on the surrounding roads that the mufflers sound like they are in the room. Between 1-4AM it’s like they are racing.

This was the best stay I’ve had in a long time! Not only was I greeted with the doors opening for me by valet, but the front desk staff (Chris and Roneca) were spectacular! I was having problems with my reservation and they got right on it. Recommendations for dinner by Roneca was a hit! My fiancé isn’t easily impressed and he still is raving about our stay here! We hung out in our room on the balcony and at the bar. The bartenders were knowledgeable and friendly. We then spent an evening playing pool and enjoying the Wyn Wyn restaurant on property. 10/10 would recommend!

Staycation 1 night for an anniversary, hotel staff very attentive, decor gave a cool and hip vibe, Brazil jazz at HH, clean room comfy bed, nice bathroom, stocked mini bar, lovely brunch with an old school hip hop DJ, in wynwood. We were impressed!
