Walkable distance to everything which I admire. The parking was interesting. Upon request your vehicle will be given to you via valet.However, if you choose not to do valet, you would have to try to find parallel parking elsewhere.

I was in room 421, had bug bites all over my legs, not sure if they had bed bugs. Hotel charges resort fee, it is hardly a resort, it has a pool and food that is ok, nothing special, property is overpriced most of the time.

This is a great hotel if you are looking to stay conveniently within the Wynwood/Design District of Miami. It is also very easy to connect to Miami Beach from this location. Shout out to the hotel staff - Pedro and Aisha at the front desk were amazing!

A quiet place in the middle of an urban center.

Amazing room to rest after a lond day of meetings! Comfortable bed and super quiet even though it's in a very popular location. Big kudos to the restaurant crew, the amazing Argentinian lady that served me every morning breakfast was such a sweetheart and super fast while taking care of the whole floor on her own.

This is my third time staying at this property and the customer service is exceptional! I did have one small issue with the Bartender however the management went above and beyond to fix the issue by honoring some credits to my account. It makes me sad that travelers have made it bad for the good ones that hotels have to put $150 incidentals per day on your credit card. This is something only takes place in Miami . Being that I travel to Miami so often for work, I definitely will stay at this property again
