Equipped with all you need for your stay. Kitchen with full utensils, wifi, smart tv, shared washer&dryer, linen, towels, etc. Parking spot available on premises.
The apartment is located on the ground floor of a multi-family complex but is not wheelchair accessible (2 steps are needed to enter the unit).
Please be aware that the location of the property is near concurrent railroad tracks, crossing from one station to another.
The apartment has a spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a big bathroom, and a cozy room with a queen size bed and smart tv. The sofa bed is available in the living room (please let us know so we can prepare it for you).
Early check-in and late check-out if available can be provided at extra cost.
A dog is allowed in the unit and has an extra cleaning fee. We accept certain breeds, given the size of the apartment and the canine itself. We don't accept cats.
Our check-in and check-out processes are fully remote for your convenience. You will receive information about the procedure, which will be shared via direct message or through our guest portal, along with detailed instructions.
Check-in is completed online, and a refundable damage deposit ranging from $300 to $500 is required. This deposit will be returned 2 to 5 business days after check-out, provided there is no damage to the property.
Alternatively, you can opt for a non-refundable damage waiver, which ranges from $50 to $80 USD.
To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.
