Great location

Great stay, unfortunately washer and dryer were not working. Stove vent was not working, had to open doors and windows to cook. Were not too happy having to go to laundro mat to wash cloths after going to the beach everyday. Asked about getting those fixed never heard back. First time using Vrbo, not good first experience.

Bright and airy

A lovely property in what seemed to be a safe neighborhood - very quiet. Very bright and open living area. Ample bathrooms which was great so we didn't have to share. Easy location to get to and the beach is right there! Would definitely recommend this property.

Nice little place to stay!

Loved this place. It was close to the beach (short walk through a park) and eating (about 10-15 minute walk to restaurants). The rental itself was very clean and we all enjoyed the contemporary look. The hot tub on the roof was great and gave a pretty decent view of the area. Wish some of the trees weren’t so tall in the park as a view of the ocean would’ve been nice. Certainly not the fault of the renters. Parking is very tight as it is everywhere in the area. I only mention as a tip to future renters to consider smaller rental vehicles when planning a trip in Miami Beach. We would definitely recommend this place!

The apartment we liked it very much. Near to the beach. Whirpool was wonderful. Some sun lounger would be nice.
