The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Cleaning payment covers a general light cleaning (and complete disinfecting with Lysol or similar product) of the home and washing/replacing soiled linens.
General clean up before you leave: A quick sweep, towels to placed in laundry room on the first floor, used beds can be left unmade, dishwasher shall be filled&ran, trash in the outside trash can.
If you leave the house unreasonably dirty or messy (garbage on floors, wet towels laying around, garbage in bedrooms, etc), you will be charged a fine up to double the cleaning fee. NO EXCEPTIONS
