This mill nestled on the banks of the Orne Saosnoise is located 20 minutes from Le Mans and offers an ideal fishing route for fishing lovers. The bucolic park on the edge of the river allows you to fish for pike, perch, tench .... (fishing license required).
Only one animal accepted during the stay. For the animal, accepted but kept on a leash in the property and never leave the animal alone in the cottage. Supplement of 10 € per night for the animal.
In a house independent of the mill, cottage adjoining two other cottages, with a living room with fully equipped kitchen, dining area, lounge area, large flat screen. Storage space with washing machine. Separate toilet. A large bedroom with 2 twin beds 80 and 1 other bed 80, dressing room. Private bathroom in the bedroom with 1 large Italian shower and sink. Upstairs 2 bedrooms: 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds 90 and 1 convertible BZ (2 people), dressing room, private bathroom in boat cabin style with 1 shower, toilet, a small sink and a second bedroom with 2 beds 80 and 1 convertible BZ (2 people), dressing room, private bathroom in boat cabin style with 1 shower, toilet, a small sink.
Since the pandemic period, sheets and towels will be in plastic envelope and placed in the bedrooms.
