I definitely enjoyed my stay. Felt safe at all times. I loved the convenience of being able to do laundry during my stay especially because I packed light. Felt very special on my birthday when I was surprised with balloons and a small cake 🎂 definitely made my experience memorable! I would totally book here again 💗

The room was very clean, that is the positive thing about this place. Minimum contact with staff because they don’t speak any English except for one person so it was mostly hi and bye. The standard room is more for like one person. The bathroom is very tight for two. There is no vent in the bathroom and no hand held shower. The blow dryer is very weak and blows only cold air so I didn’t get to wash my hair during my three day because I couldn’t dry it. The treadmill in their so-called gym needs a lot of attention too. This is a great place if you’re really traveling with a tight budget since every little thing is extra including room service. The location is right at the cusp of good and not so good neighborhoods, definitely very walkable to trendy cafés and restaurants. I will not be staying here again. I’d rather have a little more luxury than just the basics when traveling.

The room was clean and spacious and had all of the amenities that you’d ever want in a hotel room. The building was highly secure and safe. The staff were accommodating and extremely friendly. Very walkable location. I strongly recommend this facility.

Clean contemporary with a cute rooftop terrace and gym. No elevator so be prepared but that was not an issue. Wonderful staff very helpful. Super comfy bed and little kitchen but why cook in Mexico city?

The room was spacious and clean. It was also in a great location. Every thing in Roma was walking distance. Polanco, Condesa, Chapultepec, Centro Histórico were all a 20 minute Uber on average. The only thing i did not enjoy was that our room was on the first floor and connected to their office/storage room. You can hear people talking in the lobby area early in the mornings or late at night. However, i did not see an elevator so a downside to staying in a room on a upper floor would be needing to carry all your luggage up the stairs.

Kudos to Property Manager Erwin, and Head of Guest Services, Ingrid for their assistance and kindness each and every day. And extra kudos to the Security staff, Bere and Ale for their exceptional service managing the busy work at the front desk. The room was great, but I would recommend that there be a small 2-seater couch in the room instead of the beanbag chair.

The staff went above and beyond to accomodate my stay - the building doesn't have an elevator but we managed to host me in lower levels for my comfort. The location is excellent for visiting Mexico City for a couple of days. Didn't get a chance to check out the amenities, but it is a great plus. The rooms are spacious and well equipped.
