The staff at this property is the best! They are always friendly and helpful. It was wonderful to explore the Roma and Condesa neighborhoods for lunch and dinner while still having the option to cook or eat at the apartment/studio. We discovered several small restaurants with excellent food and great service, and the people were generally very friendly. If you prefer, you can walk just half a block to take the metro, which is often faster than using Uber; however, Uber is also very affordable.

Estuve a finales de Junio por 1 semana y recomiendo éste hotel al 100 ,es limpio ,tranquilo ,el personal muy atento y buena comunicación ,pedimos un arreglo especial en la habitación y todo quedó hermoso ,gracias a Manuel en el lobby y al personal de limpeza, tiene buena ubicacion cerca de lugares para comer y caminar a lugares históricos ,primera vez en visitar y regresaría sin duda ,muchas gracias.

We totally recommend this place, extremely clean and convenient, the staff was always very helpful and kind, maybe I would suggest them having a ramp for making the lobby more accessible but overall the place is great.

I never write reviews but Daniel from the front desk went above and beyond for my mother and myself. He was so super helpful. All the staff was great. The area felt safe and very beautiful. I love the roof top view. My mom had an accident while walking near by and when we got back to the hotel Daniel and Ricardo carried my mom in a chair up to her room. She was unable to walk and in a lot of pain. They didn’t think twice or have an attitude. We offered to tip and they wouldn’t accept. Throughout our stay, though Daniel was so helpful. Not mention I could communicate with him exceptionally. The text system the hotel has set up is great. I needed a hotel and it was brought to my room in minutes. I would recommend this beautiful hotel for so many reasons. I love this hotel and their staff. ❤️

The hotel was amazing an so was the front desk. The only issue I had was that I paid for late check out because we had a very long day but the next day someone wakes us up and we're told we had to leave since check out was at 11:30 when I had extended check out to 1:30pm.

The room was overall great! When I initially arrived the door code for my room didn’t work but Daniel fixed it. Once I got inside the room it did have an odor to me. I wiped everything down with my lysol wipes & sprayed & the odor didn’t bother me anymore. Otherwise the room looks just like it is advertised. Most things I wanted to do was at a walkable distance & ubers weren’t costly. The plus is that the A/C works very well however it is only in the bedroom. No problem at all with that.

The location is very convenient, very close to the Metro and many quaint cafes. The staff was very friendly. However the room could have been cleaner when we arrived. There was toothpaste in the bathroom wall and remnants of hair shaving in the shower where the shampoo and soap dispenser is at left by a former guest. I had to clean that out.
