They need to clean and maintain the Washer and dryers, I know it is a free service, but maybe once or twice a month a little cleaning inside the machines and some basic maintenance. The terrace was closed so we did not use it. overall 8/10

This property has been one of the worst experiences so far. The terrible drainage smell we had everyday was unbearable. I did request to talk to a manager and that never happened. We also did not like the water pressure we had for two days. The terrace was not available so we didn't have other choice than hanging inside the room with the disgusting smell and cold ambience with poor and cold decor.

We went on a family vacation to Mexico City and I decided to book this place because it has a full kitchen. The space is wonderful for families. The rooms were comfortable and there is lots of closet space. However, the floors and showers are very dirty. You couldn’t walk barefoot or with socks on because your feet would get dirty (really dirty). Also it shows a terrace but it is under renovation so we couldn’t use it. Other than that staff is friendly, specially Edmundo and Laura in the front desk. Great location.

It was convenient to have kitchenette for our family. Everything was pretty local, there's a nearby market, and it was easy to hop into an uber and get to where we needed. Edmundo and Rosario were amazing. They stored our forgotten backpack and made sure it returned to us!

Very nice area with lots of restaurants within walking distance. There is a nice convenience store one block away. Super convenient to buy drinks and snacks. Our only complaint was the hot water was not always working. After letting it run for a while it would come out warm. Other times it was fine. We had the two bedroom and it gave plenty of space for three adults. Staff was super nice and accommodating. Area felt very safe. I would stay here again if I ever came back.

We thought our check in was 11am because that’s what I requested and it stated this time in our confirmation email. We showed up and we couldn’t check in until 3:30pm. Otherwise, the rest of our stay went well. We booked the two bedrooms. Beds were comfortable and private. I had the master bedroom with balcony view of city. The two bedrooms had their own television. The suite had a small kitchen with stove bad good size fridge. If you’re staying longer this would be very handy. Living room was spacious and I think it had a fold out couch. Bathroom was good size and only in the busy hours (830am to 1030am) morning we didn’t have hot water for shower. We woke up early so this didn’t matter. Overall we enjoyed our stay. It was walkable to great cafes and restaurants. Uber was easy to use to get to other areas of the city and to airport. If you’re going to some attractions book your tickets in advance. We didn’t get to see Frida Kahlo musea. Sold out Tickets were booked for several weeks in advance.

Easy stay, perfect size for family of 5

Perfect stay for our family of 5, we rented one of the two bedroom plus balcony rooms. Had everything we needed and was a perfect location for us. Would stay again if coming with family.

Beautiful Stay

Our stay at ULIV Cibeles was more beautiful than I expected! The hotel was in a lovely area, walkable to many restaurants, bakeries, convenience stores, etc. The room itself was just so modern and clean and lovely! I did not realize the other bed would be in its own private room (we got a queen bed and a king bed) and it was a lovely surprise. The view from the room was so nice and the refrigerator was great for keeping our waters and beverages cold. The gym was really nice downstairs and the patio area was lovely for sunbathing. I had the best time!
