The location of this property is great! It’s located in a safe and very walkable area, with loads of restaurants and cafe choices. Our room was perfect for our family of 4. One disappointment was our room’s door code didn’t work and it took two days to get a new one. The sheets did have some stains and some utensils were dirty upon our arrival. Besides that, the staff were very friendly and welcoming.

ULIV Cibeles is a good option for the price for Roma Norte area. The downsides: the rooms (and building) are bland, with floors made of fake wood and as other reviews have noted a surprising number of scuff marks on relatively new walls. But upsides are good: having a kitchenette with a kettle, glasses and bowls to make tea and oats for breakfast, fridge for dinner leftovers, a little bit of space at a table to eat. And bathroom shower was decent, and didn’t have the sewage smell of most older hotels. For public areas, not much of a lobby and then the open air terrace was never populated while I was there, and though the gym was not so equipped it was certainly usable and saw a few other people there. At 2000 Mexican peso or us$100 / night it seemed worthwhile.

Likes: The rooms and property were very clean, the area had options for dining nearby, the hotel terrace was nice and large. We didn't use the laundry facility but it was nice to have it available in case needed. The property was quiet. Check-in and check-out was seamless. Dislikes: our bathroom sink drain was plugged from day one. The elevators appeared to be held by cleaning staff every morning. Sometimes the wait was so long, we had to use the stairs from the 8th floor. There was no security safe in the room.

The rooms felt a little bit worn, not as new as I expected. The towels were old, a little grey from overuse.The shower tiling needed replacing, there was black grime build up on the shower that was grossing me out all week. I had asked for a quieter room, so they already moved me once and I didn't want to make a big deal again, so I just dealt with it. The area is great. The street is pretty quiet considering what part of the city we were in. Laundry was super convenient. I would stay there again, but on a higher level, and hopefully the shower wouldnt be bad.

The property was in great condition. Everything worked great. The gym had more options than I have ever seen. My only complaint would be that while early checkin was an option we showed up 30 min after check in and our room was still not ready. The compost bin had not been emptied and some of the utensils were not properly washed. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Room is fine. Clean dishes and linens, but bed is extremely firm. Hot water and internet worked fine the entire week. Centrally located, but nearby Metro Line 1 stations are closed until late 2025 so be prepared to use the bus or Uber.

Super place

Great property, apartments have mini kitchen including refrigerator. Very clean and comfortable. Quiet hours after 10pm make it a very peaceful place to rest after a busy day in Mexico City.

Great customer service from front desk but I would not stay here again for the money I paid. They did not clean my room, yes that is my mistake for not reading description notes that they only clean once a week, and I stayed for 5 days, but for what I paid I assumed they would and given I stayed in another ULIV hotel (AR 218) right before this one, that was cleaned daily. Location is great, and nice view of the city from our room but not worth to really relax and sleep (since that is what a hotel is for right?)..the fridge in room was noisy every night and shower water would not stay warm, going up and down: too too hot or too too cold, I had to keep moving the hot and cold knobs to try to balance it to keep it warm, but it would only stay warm for a minute and the burning hot or supper cold. SUPPER UNSAFE IF YOU HAVE KIDS showering. I asked reception and they were polite but said that unfortunately that is just how it is, not their fault but I think they should put a warning sign or something. I would have moved to another hotel by second day after I realized the shower water issue was happening everyday but was supper tired because I was in another hotel right before this one and didnt want to keep moving hotels.

This property was great for location. Easy to get around the city, anr lots of dining options walking distance. The water in the shower took a long time to regulate. It was mainly super hot. Sink did not drain properly. The apartment was very spacious and convinient if you travel with more than one person and the kitchen was useful. I liked that the buildint door locked at a certain time at night and it was very easy to check -in. We paid for a late check-out and that was also very easy to navigate on the website. We did not have a change to use other amaneties.
