Located on the fourth floor, the room offers elevator access to the main lobby, parking area, and gym on the seventh floor. You can also head up to the rooftop terrace for a beautiful city view — the perfect spot to start or end your day.

For your comfort, our front desk team is available from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m., and 24-hour security ensures peace of mind throughout your stay.

Minors under 15 years old are not accepted.

• Main Lobby – with front desk assistance available from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.
• Rooftop Terrace (8th Floor) – a shared space open from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., perfect for relaxing or enjoying the view.
• Gym (7th Floor) – equipped for light workouts and open to all registered guests.
• Secure Parking Area – available on-site (subject to availability).
Access to the building and your suite is provided via a smart lock system. You’ll receive a unique access code before arrival, and our front desk team will be happy to assist you with check-in if needed.

You’ll have complete privacy in your suite, but our front desk team is available from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. to assist with check-in, local recommendations, or anything you may need.
For your convenience, our staff is also reachable by phone or message 24/7 for any urgent matters or late-night assistance.

The property is located just two blocks from Eje Central Metro Station and one block from the Trolleybus stop, giving you quick access to many of Mexico City’s main attractions, museums, and shopping areas.
If you prefer private transportation, ride-share services such as Uber, Didi, and Cabify are easily available and affordable.
You can also explore the neighborhood safely on foot or by bicycle — the main avenue nearby has bike lanes and good lighting at night.
For guests traveling by car, secure on-site parking is available (subject to availability).

• Visitors: Only registered guests are allowed on the property — no exceptions.
• Parties & Gatherings: Not permitted inside the accommodation or on the rooftop terrace.
• Children: For safety reasons, minors under 15 years old are not accepted.
• Garbage: If you have excess trash, please notify us through the app or message, and our staff will collect it.
