Room met all the minimal needs for a weekend, solo trip stay. Location was fantastic, easy walkable area with tons of coffee shops and restaurants. Atmosphere was a little loud which wasn’t a big issue for me considering I can sleep through it all but definitely something to consider. My 3 star rating roots from the lack of attention from the owner/general manager…I ran into an issue with my safe which I could not access. Inside it was a ticket to an event I was going to that night. Unfortunately no one could help me until about an hour and a half after I reported this issue. Due to this issue and no one in charge being around I was 30-40 min late to my event and they sure did not care. In fact it took me 12 phone calls until someone picked up the phone….No attentiveness, absolutely no sense of urgency, zero respect, and a high lack of communication between host/guest. I made a report and have yet to have anyone reach out to me… Clearly this business does not care for returning customers. Save your money, and rather support businesses that care. If you’re looking for a mediocre stay, this is your spot

The room was very nice and clean. Having the room with the street view can be noisy but we really didn’t mind it. The breeze felt amazing during this time of year. Very accommodating staff, we were very comfortable. Walking distance to great restaurants and bars.

Beautiful, clean hotel in a great walkable location and an extremely friendly and accommodating staff. 10/10 would recommend this to anybody looking for lodging in CDMX or Roma more specifically.

The property is in a great location. But the bed was hard, the hair dryer failed to emit any hot air and the shower left you spraying the entire bathroom. The gentleman at the front desk were kind but the night shift woman was the opposite.

Rooms were simple but clean. The main feedback I have is that there's no mention of how noisy the hotel is - not from sound on the street, but from inside the hotel. The 20ft ceilings and tiled floors throughout means you hear every person coming, going, talking, whispering or working. Additionally, not all rooms are equal. We had two rooms and neither had windows; one was located in the lobby so every passing voice was heard (the hotel designated the lobby as a quiet space but good luck when people are coming home at 2am). The location was great, staff were nice, but overall the hotel felt more like a hostel.

We stayed in Room 7, which is located on the first floor next to the courtyards. We could hear everything happening in the courtyard. The room is very dated and smelled like sewage most of the time. We also had to wait 4–5 minutes for hot water. Staffs were nice.

Hotel was dated - needs a refurbishment. Furniture was had visible defects. Hotel had no sound proofing during the night which meant you heard the thumping bass from next door. Would not recommend staying here.

Wow! Staff was super nice and friendly. Due to some tours we had planned we accidentally left some valuables in the room. When we came back from our tour to pick up our luggage and head to the airport staff surprised us with our belongings. Everyone in this facility made us feel safe and well taken care off.

It’s an amazing place to stay at super beautiful and very convenient. The reason I gave the four star rating was because there’s no AC. They did adjust that on Expedia but I can see that I’m bookings, It’s still there. staff was very helpful and having gone alone I felt perfectly safe.
