El hotel está bien nos dieron un up grade cuarto con jacuzzi, bonito pero estabamos abajo de la Alberca la alberca estaba en el piso 7th mucho ruido aparte de que me quedé atorado en el baño la chapa se descompuso y mi esposa tuvo que hablar a recepción para que fueran a rescatarme de lo demás muy bien servicio limpieza y amabilidad de los empleados si me volvería a quedar en este hotel

The hotel property it is nice, clean, service is great and professional. The rooms are good, not great but meets the 4 star level service. Pool is on the 7th Floor, and the chlorine smell is a bit strong. They have a full service bar by the pool. Gym is on the 11th Floor and there is NO elevator access. You need to walk up from the 7th FL (depends on how you see this it can be a good pre-workout or a burden). I tried the restaurant for breakfast buffet and for the price is good. Food tastes great and service was very good. Bathrooms are a bit on the small side and the toilets are similar to the ones in the mall (high pressure and loud) if you tend to wake up during the night, this will be one hell of a loud toilet. Towels are old. They really need to upgrade that. I really recommend those towels to be replace asap. Great location, walking distance to a lot of great places, comfortable and quiet, great service, great staff. For some things this hotel ranks as a 4 star hotel but other is ranking closer to a 3 star. Elevators are small but they work. To be fair out of a score of a possible 10, I believe it ranks a 8 out of 10. I will definitely stay here again. 30 minutes away from the Benito Juarez Airport, also close to many important places, museums, amazing restaurants and shopping districts. For the price this is a WIN.
