This property needs lots of remodeling. The water turned brown when I turned the shower on. We contacted the front desk but nothing was done about it. It also smelled like mold. The beds are clean but are very hard. I didn’t like that as soon as I walked out of the hotel we were able to see prostitution all around. They do have security all the time in the hotel. just didn’t feel safe walking outside when the sunset. I felt catfished when we arrived.

The Hotels has a magnificent pool. I was taken by surprise by how gorgeous it is. You can enjoy some nice musoc, a cocktail and fool near the pool area and they have plenty of clean towels around. The pool is heated and covered which makes for a great plan for a rainy day. The room we got was clean, well designed and had good natural lighting. The Hotel had a restaurant that we didn't try but looked organized and it located near the reforma monument and plenty of businesses and restaurants to enjoy. The only down part is that there's some street prostitution around but after asking Uber drivers and such, the area is quite safe. We walked around several times at night and never felt in danger. Overall I like the place, the staff was very gentle and they also exchange currencies in the lobby. The Hotel has a very extrange configuration that makes you feel like you are inse a cruise rather than a hotel. But besides that, is quite nice

The hotel is not new, but it ihas been remodeled and is very well maintained. The rooms are large and well equiped and the bed is comfortable (firm). The indoor pool area is very nice. There's a so-so gym with a nice sauna. The buffet breakfast is spectacular and lunch and dinner are very good too. The employees are super. The hotel is located right at the edge of a not so good area, so if you leave on foot, make sure you head in the direction of Paseo de la Reforma and you'll be alright.

Property is near lots of attractions. Staff was excellent. Beware of jacuzzi jets if you book a suite. Our jets blew out cold water that smelled like sewer the first time we turned them on. It injected dark smelly water into our bath. We immediately exited and were disgusted to find dead skin and gunk had floated up to our nice bubble bath. Our AC leaked water at night so just beware of stepping in a puddle on the carpet the next morning. Aside from the repulsive jacuzzi incident, fun stay :)

The staff and service is some of the best I’ve ever experienced. The rooms are spacious, bathrooms are nice, and the layout is great. TV is a little old. I’d say the biggest drawback is definitely the location. I’m a tourist but I know the area fairly well and the surrounding streets aren’t the best to walk at night. On a nearby corner I even saw some saddening scenes. However if you’re a well versed local or knowledgeable with the area, the nearby Hidalgo station is convenient to get to places.

The hotel is on the corner of the intersection. It's hard to spot at eye level if you're not paying attention. No toothbrush or toothpaste is provided so bring your own. The floors are tiles so if when you're getting out of the shower and your feet away and it might be a little slippery and you might slip. But overall the hotel and the staff was great. I would sit here again cuz it was fairly cheap. Service was nice

Great but unreliable internet.

All great except unstable internet. I work remotely so bad internet is like having unreliable water service. This is the only reason I would not stay here again. Huge miss on any hotels’ part.
