Pésimo servicio y atención. El personal del hotel no sabe gestionar las habitaciones. Llegué para mi check-in y me dijeron que mi habitación había sido entregada a otro huésped, entonces me dieron una habitación diferente; al otro día, me ofrecieron la habitación "más grande" como compensación por su error, pero al otro día, me pidieron desalojar el cuarto porque esto era una cortesía de una noche únicamente. En esta habitación de lujo no había papel, se fue el agua del baño. Ya para el tercer cambio de habitación, me dijeron que ese cuarto era para otro huésped. Si pueden, huyan de este lugar, aparte que no hay suficiente ventilación, hay mucho ruido y el costo del hospedaje no vale la pena.

The hotel is cute, good location. The shower located by the main room door I didn’t like it. The room was very small so if someone is planning on spending time at the room it isnt the best for that then. The staff were really nice, provided a good service.

Hideous!! Do not book here ! Toilet clogged upon arriving , sink is leaking flooding the bathroom, only two staff on with a supposedly full house . They must give me a refund this is absurd . Also the room ac isn’t working blowing room temperature air. I demanded a refund and was refused , it’s still the first night of arrival at night of writing this . Absurd mai. Staff is trying everything to help it’s not their fault

Very beautiful and local. Everything is at a walking distance. There is no parking available from what I am aware of. The price was reasonable for the amenities that it includes. The rooms have no AC only a fan and a openable window. It is normal since there is great climate in Mexico City (depending on the month of your stay). Other than that, it is very clean, the staff was great and the breakfast was good. Montserrat was our go to person. She is very nice and friendly. Thank you Hotel MX Condesa for a great stay!
