LO UNICO BUENO FUE EL DESAYUNO

Decepcion total nada como lo publicitan! Anandonamos las habitaciones desde el 7 de Agosto 2025 con pago hecho hasta el dia 13, lugar muy humedo no hay privacidad en la habitacion poca luz y espacio para la ropa. Lo unico bueno fue el desayuno incluido del restaurant al fondo. Muy ruidoso y de muy dificil acceso para tomar el auto por la ciclovia que tiene enfrente. No lo recomiendo, el personal en particular Michel de actitud arrogante y nada amable. Los conserjes fueron atentos pero las instalaciones son viejas y en dos ocasiones se descompuso el sanitario, y solo nos dieron la pompa para arreglarlo nosotros. No reportaron mi salida desde el dia 7 de Agosto 2025 y no contestaron mis mensajes dirigidos a la propiedad. Un "FIASCO"

Omitiré ser agresivo en la descripción, las fotografías no corresponden a la realidad del hotel. Descuido total de las habitaciones y en envejecimiento de las instalaciones. Las habitaciones no tienen ventilación y el olor a encierro y cigarro es desagradable. Lo único que se puede valorar positivo y adecuado es el trato del chico que te recibe para ayuda con las maletas

We had arrived early At around noon and understandably we could not get our room yet. So we waited. We got our room and had no air conditioning and we were given the room That faces the street. We can hear all The traffic and noise from the street, we were given an extra fan that didn’t work. When I asked for assistance or move to another room we were told that we couldn’t get accommodated. We then asked for breakfast and they told Us it was free but they didn’t explain to us that it was served in one of the rooms Upstairs and we went to a restaurant that is in the property and was asked to pay. There’s was not enough communication and I felt that was left

There's no air conditioning nor ceiling fans so ventilation is limited to small window. Open courtyard that all the rooms face so anyone talking will wake you up, which happened to me several times. Construction work was happening while I was there so noise from that all throughout the day.

The building is very unique in that the inside lobby is really a courtyard. The rooms were very clean and the staff friendly. My only “negative” is that very few rooms have air conditioning. The rooms without do not have a window to open to let in cool air so sleeping was probabilistic

DON'T STAY HERE!!! We had a terrible experience at Hotel MX Condesa and feel compelled to share our experience. Based on the positive reviews, I expected a comfortable and welcoming stay, but it was anything but that. *front desk staff was consistently rude and agitated *Our bathroom was completely unusable—the tub and sink were backed up, and the toilet was clogged. *getting toilet paper was only done once we took the empty roll to front desk *bath towels had a bad odor *When we brought these issues to the staff’s attention, there was zero empathy. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had, and I wouldn’t recommend staying here. A refund would be the least they could do to make up for such a disappointing experience. If you’re considering this hotel based on good reviews, BEWARE—our experience was the complete opposite. Hopefully, management takes action to improve.
