Centrality is great, room comfortable and cleaning good. Water bottles and filter coffee with creamer sachets. Very noisy due to location - on weekend many bad buskers and street cleaners until early morning. But that being in the middle of everything vibe is also interesting and fun.

The location of the hotel is amazing. Walking distance to the Zocalo and a lot of food and shopping options nearby. The hotel beds were very comfortable. No mini fridge and the water from the shower leaked all over the bathroom floor so we had to put down an extra towel so that we would slip and fall.

I highly recommend the Ritz Hotel! It is centrally located between Zócalo Plaza and the Bellas Artes Palace, just a short walk from the Torre Latinoamericana. The location is ideal for exploring the city’s vibrant culture and many attractions. The hotel itself is clean and well-maintained, with excellent service provided by friendly and welcoming staff. Whether you’re visiting for business or leisure, the Ritz Hotel offers comfort and convenience at a great value. I had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again!

Property seemed outdated. Even though they were remodeling and touching up. The bathroom had a pungent smell to it. We stayed in one of the top floors and we can still hear all the noise from the streets, which made it hard to sleep.

The hotel room is older. There was a bad smell in the bathroom. There are no washcloths. There is not much sink space. The bathroom is small. The staff was nice and the hotel was convenient to shops.

Bed bugs bed bugs, what ya gonna do?

Do not stay here unless you want to be covered in bed bug bites. Bathroom was filthy and the hotel walls and windows are not insulated so you will hear everything from outside. Room service was a hit or a miss, always had forgotten something from my order, example napkins, utensils, or the correct drink I had wanted. Will never stay here again. Good luck if you still decide to stay here.

The hotel is ideally located for holiday activities. A lot of great restaurants nearby. The staff is generally friendly and helpful. However, the room amenities could be better maintained, as the flooring is uneven. Additionally, the bathroom could benefit from an update to enhance the overall guest experience.
