Disliked: Staff & service
The breakfast service was very poor and the food was below average. When I read the reviews, people said breakfast was great, it wasn't, not even close. The continental breakfast consisted of 2 pieces of toast and 4 small slices of papaya and melon or juice, there was no other option. I paid extra and got 2 scrambled eggs and spoon full of beans with 2 tortilla chips (yes, 2). I had to request napkins, silverware and had to ask that previously used silverware be removed from my table as the lady thought it was mine. When i requested milk for my coffee I was told that I could only get one very small cup even though I was going to pay for it.
My concerns were addressed to management for what it's worth.
I am a good-breakfast-and-coffee person and for this reason I wouldn't stay there again.
Needed a hotel for a night as I got into cdmx very late. Everything was great.

I strongly recommend not to stay in this hotel. To us is obvious that the hotel manipulates with reviews. The facts...bad rooms, bad area close to a good area, we were asied to oay 500 pesos to check in at 1.30 pm, no hot water is available most of the time, bi ody answere at the front desk nost of the time...it is obvious that the owner tries to get every drop of bolld from the guests....small bottle water comes with extra fees and etc....jusge for yourself olease
The room is very clean and made service came every day at the same time we really appreciated that. Only thing that I would suggest would be to upgrade the room with a microwave the coffee pot and a refrigerator other than that it was very clean very comfortable and we enjoyed our state the door man in the night was extremely helpful
The included breakfast was a bit weak - a little fruit, toast, and coffee. Staff was friendly.

Not Great, Not Bad
There were some good and bad with this stay. The good was the location of the hotel to access for tours and the centre. The bad was the WIFI and service in the restaurant. The food took a long time and had to pay extra to get eggs added to the breakfast. The WIFI was not strong and we had to keep switching between the two signals to find one that worked.
Turn right when exiting this hotel! If you turn left, especially in the evening, you will see street workers that only come out in the evening looking for a good time!!
