Wow what can I say. Arranged for a shuttle the night before for 6:30am as this was the reason why I chose this hotel close to the airport. Got downstairs at around 6:20am and was told by the rude reception guy that the shuttle will only leave for 7pm due to the traffic. When I told him I arranged this the night before he told me he does not care it’s leaving at 7am. Had to take an uber that cost around 200 mex pesos. During the night it rained quite a bit and the ceiling leaked water onto my backpack that was on the counter with my electronics in. Overall a bad experience.

It is very close to the airport, however Expedia promised a free bottle of wine which I asked for, however didnt give me any. Also, I got a twin bed room instead of a single bed room.

Room has funny lights and the AC didn't work for anybof my 2 rooms, staff didn't fixed it rooms were at 27 degrees all night and 30 in the am. Besides breakfast was not included and the restaurant very expensive, I paid 95usd for normal breakfast for 4 people

I stayed at this hotel recently and honestly, everything was just perfect. The service, the cleanliness, the comfort — all top-notch. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and the vibes were really peaceful and relaxing. Rooms were neat, well-maintained, and exactly like the pictures. Definitely one of the best stays I’ve had. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a smooth and stress-free stay!

The place was clean and quiet. The receptionist allowed us to go with an early check-in and we were able to rest comfortably. The restaurant prices are quite expensive, but it's what it's. The shuttle services to the airport is on point.

Convenient distance from the airport. Spent one night before an early morning flight. The valet at the entrance was very attentive and nice (sorry, I didn't get his name) . The check in/out process was quick. The airport shuttle gets full really quick, so I opted for an Uber instead, but if you want to take advantage of it, be at the lobby with plenty of anticipation.
